They are reliability horrible in Customer service. I live close and this is my 'main' Taco Bell unfortunately. I'm a fan of the brand, but this location is one of the worst I've seen. People mostly seem to hate working there and it shows in the level of service. For example tonight after work I went through Drive Thru at 3am. This was my conversation.
I drove up was not greeted or anything, after a long pause I said 'Hello?'
TB: what do ya want?! Me: Um... (I place my first item.) TB: Are you done? Me: No? What's on a Frito Burrito? TB: I don't know?! Me: Um... Can you find out. (Pause) TB: It has...( Lists what's on it) Me: I'll have one of those (I place me second item) TB: Are you done? Me: No? Can I also get (place my third item) TB: Are you done? Me: Now I am!? TB: Pull around.
This guy didn't read the order back, say how much was the total, was mostly rude the whole time. When I pulled up to the window he was just not a happy camper. Like he didn't want to be there. And over the 8 years I've lived in the area here this is what my experience at this Taco Bell is like about 90% of the time. And this wasn't even the worst story I have about this location. I wish they would hire better staff with a training focus on Customer Experience. But I'm not...
Read moreUltimate love-hate Taco Bell. It's the closest to my house but I went last month and when I pulled up the person inside said "we are out of fries, black beans, tortilla chips and ice. The only pop we have is Mountain Dew. Do you still want to order?" I left, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But when the desire to be one with the Bell hit again, I tried to go two weeks ago, I pulled up to the speaker to be met with a girl saying "The wait right now is 15 minutes, are you sure you want to order?" I said "Wow, do you guys have everything?" and I was greeted with the response from a new male voice "I'm not going to lie to you, it's going to be 25 minutes." So I left. Then last week, finally I got up the courage for my most recent Taco Bell rejection during which I pulled up as the car before me pulled around to the window, good sign right? No. The girl who answered said "hey it'll be a minute." I thought ok fine. 5 minutes pass. 2 cars are now behind me. I say "Excuse me?" No response. 10 minutes pass. 4 cars now behind me. "Excuse me can I order?" response from the abyss at the Taco Bell "I know you're here, I just am not ready." So yeah. Get better management and...
Read moreThis is quite literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. And I've visited several times, thanks to my friend's insistence on living right down the street.
One time we went there, and the order-taker said that the CC machine wasn't working, so they couldn't take orders. We had cash, still wouldn't take the order.
Once, I asked for fire sauce. The lady at the window took a significant moment to stare at the available sauces, much longer than necessary, and then put two packs of mild sauce in my bag. I witnessed this. It's funny if she did it on purpose, but I could tell by the vacant look in her eyes that her move was unintentional.
Another time they ran out of meat. That's what they told me, no meat. Either someone is lying or the manager doesn't know how to order things.
Then there was the time that I ordered a soft shell taco, and received a taco shell with lettuce and cheese in it. No meat, no nothing else, just shell and lettuce and cheese.
I travel for work, me and the guys I travel with love Taco Bell, we go to dozens of different TBs a year, and this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Do not go here, one way or the other they will...
