Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fernley

I was very disappointed with the service and wait time last night. We ordered on line with hopes of finding coupons. There were none and we could not find a discount anywhere. Domino's Pizza is two to three times more costly than Papa Murphy's Pizza. We decided to order from Domino's Pizza (one person wanted wings) and timed it for us to pick it up right before the football game last night. Immediately received a text stating Lance was making our pizza and it would be ready within 15 minutes. We arrived and was told our order was not ready. I think they had not even started it. Then twenty minutes went by and still no order. After thirty-five minutes of waiting, our order finally was given to us. Even after waiting all that time, we still did not get all our order. It was missing the extra garlic butter and extra Caesar dressing we had ordered and paid for. Because my daughter waited inside the building the whole time, the manager did come up to her and ask her what she had ordered. The manager seemed upset that our ordered had been screwed up and stated that this wait time is not acceptable. She did go check on our order, but we still had to wait an additional five to ten minutes. She did not offer any discount or compensation. Luckily we had recorded the football game, so we did not miss any of it. I even read the reviews before ordering. My mistake was only reading the first few reviews. I've ordered 5 times from this place it just opened and it was great the first 2 orders.... However the 3rd time they left mushrooms (can't eat them) in my pasta they made it right sending a new one. however the 4th time it happened again I didn't even want to call because I didn't want them to get annoyed even though it was their mistake so I just went without eating although my husband enjoyed his pizza. Also I ordered 2 wing orders and they forgot the sauce that came with them. Yesterday I ordered carryout thinking I might have better luck once again their pizza is good according to my husband (I don't eat pizza myself). They forgot the wing sauce but I reminded them and they provided me with it and when I got home I found my pasta was correct however it barely had any alfredo sauce( to the point that it was just noodles onions and bacon dryer than you can imagine) Then my husband informed me he couldn't barely tell if they put bbq sauce on our bbq pizza... The staff has always been nice I just hate having to call when something is messed up it makes me feel like a karen.... So far they batted 2 out...

Phoebe was absolutely terrible, I picked my pizza and sandwiches up, and it was terribly prepared no cheese on atleast 1/3 of each pizza, also my sandwich had 6 little pieces of chicken and it looked as it was put it the box and shook around. Anyhow I called to see what was going on there and the first lady I talked with was very pleasant and told me she was very sorry and this seems to be a continuous complaint by many of customers, then proceeded to send me to her supervisor Phoebe anyhow she picked the phone up and slammed to to hang up. So I figured it must have been an accident so I call call back phoebe gets on and says I was the 1 who prepared it and I know there was cheese on it, and proceeded to escalate the situation this is unacceptable in basically any profession especially...
