The Employees are 100% Stealing From This Fernley location! This is Very sad Because the Owners Should know what's going on there.
While waiting for my pie where they said That they Didn't receive it online? That's very Odd Because I Received a Text Stating That the order was ready . Then they tried to charge us over thirty Dollars Wait What, How ?? The receipt I Received on my cell phone Stated a Large difference in The price ??? Then This became a Very big scene that was very Embarrassing, I / We felt like leaving? Wow ! How hard is it to order an online Pizza then They were Trying To Rip us off !! The Manager came over ,Didn't apologize for anything? Ok ! However he did State That they Didn't receive This online order ,We showed him our order and etc on our cell phone . Long story short, We Didn't receive a receipt for anything and We Both watched the manager put the cash we paid with into his pocket !
Not cool or Good for the owners Frankly anyone!
They are NOT DOING their Job here laughing and whispering about us in the back Sadly We were afraid That they did something to our pizzas so we threw them away !
SOMEONE Really needs to look into this Situation. Also an afterthought, The Employees Should use Shampoo and soap, Or at least wash their Clothes.
Sorry, I DON'T write bad reviews Ever ! However SOMEONE needs to fire these theifs ,bums and hire SOMEONE who Wants to work And Not make People customers feel like this. I WOULDN'T EVEN ACCEPT ANYTHING FREE FROM THIS FERNLEY...

This evening I place an order online and received it after 2 hours this didn't really bug me because it was a Friday night and I expected an additional wait. My pizzas was ordered with light cheese, and both had massive piles of cheese on them and were extremely undercooked. I called and the manager very kindly apologized and said he would have them fixed and give me a credit on my account he let me know there would be a wait but said it wouldn't be 2 hours. End of call one. Two hours later I called to check the status of my order and he couldn't find the order, and didn't know what happened to it. I didn't even tell or get angry, I just told him I wanted a refund for the original order. He said he could do so and as I waited for him to come back someone let him know they found the order. He assured me they were then going to have it out the door. End of call 2. 45 minutes later my pregnant wife called the store back the manager had nothing to say other than he sent the delivery driver off with the order after the second call. He then processed a refund for the order. Pizza never showed up. My 3 year old went to bed angry because he didn't get the pizza that was promised to him and my pregnant wife waited for something that never showed up. I know my family is no different than others I just find it infuriating to have to throw something else together after listening to a dozen recordings about how Pizza Hut tries to make every order perfect. Read moreOkay so didn't have a problem before with pizza hut, i always used them but tonight this may be the last time i use them ever. I ordered online, it said my debit was incorrect, my debit was correct and had a good amount of money on it to cover the food money. i kept trying, didnt send me a email but i did get 7 withdrawals and something called a reversal in my account. went and called and the guy was rude and didnt help and he didnt want to listen to me. i told him something was wrong with the online order system and he said no and that my card declined which wasnt true. i went and ordered through to round table and had no issue with it so it was pizza huts fault for their problem. now i looked at my bank account and its -40 in the hole in pending area and i will be in red after this. Idk what to do in this situation all i know is ill be taking my money elsewhere. Terrible, terrible...
