Picked up a drink for wife. Not my desire on July2 2024
I’m told there will be a 20 minute wait for cold drinks. Plus it was ordered 15 ago. So get this, 45 minutes for a frozen Mango Dragon fruit refresher.

STILL THE WORST STARBUCKS IN VENTURA COUNTY
This place is absolutely the worst Starbucks in California. Do not come here. On January 14, 2024. I ordered online when I get to the store they’re not allowing anybody in the lobby, you have to go through the drive-through to get your pre-orders. so I had to sit in the drive-through line for an 1/2 hour to get the drink that I ordered a half hour prior to that. This place is absolutely awful and no one in the store has a brain to think maybe we just don’t take orders inside the store.
How about we let pre-orders come in and pick up their drinks though , so they don’t have to wait in the damn drive-through line for an 1/2 hour to get something that they ordered an hour ago. Total time to get a drink was an hour from order to pickup. Absolutely STUPiD.
On 7/5/23 went to Starbucks in Fillmore. The drive through line had 13 cars in line before the ordering speaker. I went inside and ordered. I looked outside to see how many people were in line after I placed my order. There were now 9 cars before the speaker. There were only 2 people in the indoor seating area. Only one waiting for his drink.
They served all 13 cars prior to my order being started. For 3 easy drinks it took 37 minutes before they were completed.
Many servers looked new but the business and or shift lead needs to better plan. This was Unacceptable service. I won’t be back for a long while. This is very Sad… it use to be a really...
Read moreThis two star rating is for management. The staff is friendly and apologetic about the problem. I would rate this as a four star establishment except for the fact that this Starbucks has been using defective packaging for their egg white bites and mozzarella tomato sandwiches for several months. I’m sure there are others but these are my go-to meals.
It’s annoying to get your food and have it slide out of a defective seam in the bottom of the packaging more than 50% of the time to land in your lap on your clothes, somewhere on your car upholstery, on the ground, or on the floor of your doorway or kitchen. Yes! I’ve experienced all of those scenarios. I try to remind myself to look out and have saved more than a few fallouts but I shouldn’t have to worry about my food coming in defective packaging. I wonder how many things employees have inadvertently dropped on the floor as sandwiches slide right out of the bottom way too easily.
I have called at least four times to let the managers know about this defect in their product packaging and although I have been offered replacements it’s still very inconvenient and inconsiderate of the managers to keep using these packages.
Recycle the defective packages and get a new shipment. I really don’t like to complain but It’s beyond ridiculous at this point. Phone calls apparently don’t work so hopefully this will get...
Read moreI have been a regular here for the past 3 years. When I say regular I mean I’d come 2xs a day and I have loved that everyone knew my name and what drink I’d get.
Recently a new manager has stated working and she has completely killed the vibe of this Starbucks. Many of my favorite employees have left and the ones that are there are no longer warm but seem fearful.
I don’t know this managers name but she’s looks to be in very poor health and has dark rings around her eyes. Today she told me she will not allow her employees to make my drink with the amount of extra ice that I like. Ice. Its free. Every other Starbucks around will do it for me so I guess I’ll be going to them instead.
I hope this message is seen by the owner because for this manager to make a long time daily customer stop coming takes skill and I’m sure I’m not the only one that fees this...
