If I could give less stars I would! My wife and I went through the drive thru and purchased meals for us and our five children, spending north of 40 dollars! Once home my wife bit into her tuna sandwich and I suddenly saw her spit it back out! My wife disgustenly pointed at her sandwich and the bread was moldy! We called the store and we're told to take food back and we would be credited for our purchase! I took moldy sandwich back and immediately received a negative response to the sandwich! I was told that wheat bread is suppose to look like that! In my 37 years of eating wheat bread, I have never seen it to be green and white! After discussions with the clerk got nowhere, a large elder man approached angrily towards me! I was asked what I was trying to accomplish in making his business look bad! My response was that we eat from here every week and this is the first time we received moldy food and I just wanted a refund for it! The elder man told me it was not moldy and I would not receive a refund because he receives fresh bread daily! The elder man then grabbed a hold of an unopened bag of bread and begun pulling slices out and man handling many slices and then placed them back in the bag and sealed it once more! I pointed it out to him, that I had not once seen him wash his hands, touch the slices of bread and then place them back for use! His response was to tell me to call the health department on him if I liked! I once more explained to him that if he wished not to give me a refund then to return my receipt and my moldy sandwich and I would call my bank to dispute charge! The elder man responded that I would get back neither the moldy sandwich I paid for nor my receipt and less a refund! Not only was my money wasted but also my time when I was asked to return for a refund and was not given one! I was treated like I was the one responsible for making myself a moldy tuna sandwich in his kitchen! For those of you still eager to eat a sandwich from here, well keep in mind the elder man touched, poked at, and manhandled many slices before placing back in bag then on shelf with other bread! We will never purchase from here again, and if I can give a helpful tip it would be in case of receipt of a moldy tuna sandwich, take a picture of it before...

I went through the drive-through and ordered a pastrami sandwich combo when I got home it took a bite the bread was hard and stale I didn't finish my meal the french fries were good my drink was good but not my sandwich I normally order a burger combo and never have issues but the bread was hard when I called to speak with the manager a young male told me that the manager was not around when I asked when will he come back and reply and tell me that he didn't know I asked them do you know if he's coming in tomorrow and he replied that he doesn't know I thought that was a little weird not knowing when your boss coming back or returning I ask him if there someone else in charge that talk to me about the sandwich he said that there is no one in charge and I told him well OK little weird but OK what can I say there is no one in charge I gave that person my contact information add to please return the call they have not done so with your professional in my book I thought that this place was really good but lacks courtesy I saw other reviews online and they had issues before with bread I know the owner response to the bread was that he gets fresh bread he might believe that you getting fresh bread but you're not you should look into that seriously my bread was not multi but was stale and hard

I use to adore this establishment !! Loved it, was so happy that it was in my own town ! UNTIL Im guessing , the son took over completely and I'll never ever step foot in there again and absolutely not recommend this place !! Breakfast steak was (MAYBE)as thick as 2 sticks of chewing gum ! PLEASE know I am NOT exaggerating in any way. I took a friend there bragging on how good it was there ! I was embarrassed. Also I ordered eggs Benedict, a very tiny amount of thick hollandise sauce on each one ! I asked if cook would please give me more sauce, he says OK, well I waited on n on ,the waiter comes back and says they are all out and would i wait 5 minutes for cook to male some ? I said "sure". Then I saw the cook putting on his back pack as he was going out the door ! He was now off duty. I got up and went to talk to my waiter " who was also gone ! Wow ! So I asked the new cook on duty for my sauce , he saya he knows nothing of it and there is none ! I said " well that means that the 2 of them straight up lied to me knowing they were both leaving . I got upset and said "well guess I will have to have a talk with the owner" new waiter says " well do what ya gota have a nice day " ohhh my goodness is that any way to treat a long time patron ??? Or anyone for that matter. My eggs Benedict was horrible , cold and un- eatable . to long a story but its all true and I DO NOT Recommend this nasty place. Ohh dis I mention that it smelled totally like sewer the whole time we were there ??? Not the first time for that ! With the high prices and all the years in service don't you agree that is an absolutely must fix ??? Greedy...
