McDonald's — Restaurant in Findlay Township

To the giant ogre working the register and the little spooky man that looks like he's been chewing on barbed wire preparing the food.. get a job elsewhere if you hate this one. I rarely write reviews but the customer service I received at this McDonald's warranted one. I watched both of these subhumans prepare food with no gloves all while touching money, their phones, faces and whatever else you can imagine. When my order number was called out, I had seen the gremlin put his dirty hands inside of my fry carton to pop it open. I politely asked him to remake it because of his lack of gloves. He immediately caught an attitude so he asked the ogre at the register to make it. I also asked her to put on gloves and she hates her life so she quickly caught an attitude. She yelled at me and asked if I wanted a refund, to which I replied "I don't wanna get sick from whatever germs are on your hands or phones. Why is that a problem?" I took my fries out of the bag and some of them spilled on the counter. The ogre decides he's gonna yell and says "you're gonna pick that up!" It wasn't intended for them to spill but with that awful attitude, I left it for her to pick up. All in all, I left without my food or a refund. But I did leave with the satisfaction knowing that both of those losers hate themselves and their jobs and McDonalds will be the only milestone they'll ever reach in their lives. Avoid this location...

Rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I know mcdonalds is not a 5 star restaurant but I have never in my life walked away on the verge of tears from an interaction. All I wanted was the 2 pies I paid for and the correct drink sizes and I waited off to the side patiently for several minutes until I could be helped with correcting the order. I was never rude and very politely asked for help with my order. Instead of help, the woman at the counter slammed a new cup on the counter and filled it with ice and poured the existing drink into the new cup (was given a medium instead of large) then when I asked about the 2nd pie while showing my reciept simply said "I know the pie is in there" and walked away. Yes there was one pie, but I paid for 2 and she walked off angry before I could explain further and never came back. The app has no option to be refunded for missing items besides going to the restaurant and this woman CLEARLY doesn't want to help so I wont be getting that issue fixed. Do yourself a favor and stick out the wait for chic fil a, especially if you are an anxious person who doesn't take well to raised voices...

Awful staff. I was there 12/17/22 around 5pm. I've never felt in my life felt as unwanted as I did ordering food here with my children. We had simple orders and the 3 people we interacted with all were visible angry they were at work.

Two women handling orders and one gentleman who's underwear were hanging out of his pants berating customers as they walked away from the line.

I attempted to get a refill of my soda (against my better judgement). I stood there for 5 minutes without as much as an acknowledgement. The woman who should have helped me was intentionally ignoring me.

This was not only the worst experience at a McDonald's I've ever had but it was the single worst consumer experience I've had in my almost 40 years.

This entire staff should be replaced. I'm embarrassed...
