Starbucks — Restaurant in Findlay Township

Pretty bad. The woman at the register (medium height, light complexion, hair in a pony tail) took my order for two breakfast sandwiches and a tall Verona. Only ten minutes later was it realized when I asked about my sandwiches that she never put them in to be heated up. When another barista asked her about it she said she’d get to it when she could. Who knows when that would have been. Also, when she filled my coffee, she mistakenly put clear water in first (the water was in a container labeled dark roast so I can understand the initial error) - when she realized this, though, she filled in the rest of the cup with actual coffee. But she didn’t empty out the water she’d poured in my cup first! I mean are you serious?! Who wants watered down coffee?! The man working - once he realized that things had gone awry - rectified the situation quickly and apologized multiple times which I appreciated. But I wonder how bad things must be that Starbucks is forced to employ someone at the register who obviously could...

I left a tip while getting my coffee and walked away. I then remembered that I needed to make the breather hole in the lid a little bigger because it's too small to allow air to flow, making it hard to drink the coffee. The employees looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for something to puncture it with. They said they have nothing to do that with and then commented

I had a connecting flight and stopped in to get an iced coffee, I ordered 8 shots of espresso and was questioned “8?” I said yes, I say thank you because I have manners, the staff does not, I then proceed to wait in line with others waiting for their coffee. While I wait the male who took my order says to one of the 2 females working in annoyance “8 shots!!” The female then shakes her head in annoyance. I’m literally looking right at them. Everyone seemed to be below them and annoy them. Every time a customer asked for something and said thank you the staff silently gave them what they asked for and walked around like they would love to be anywhere but there. The atmosphere was so horrible. I’ve never been to such a horrible Starbucks. Like literally these two...
