Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Firestone

Original review below. As you can see, "Management" responded by asking me to write to them. I sent an email on April 12. It's now May 3 and no reply. With this latest addition, the review stands.

Amazingly poor first experience.

Since there's a Marcos in the neighborhood, and they were running a 50% off sale, I thought I'd give it a try. I went online, tried to place an order as "guest" rather than create an account. When I tried to complete my purchase with a credit card, the system asked me for a PIN. As I had no account, I had no PIN. I called the store and explained what had happened. They were no help at all just explaining they had nothing to do with the functionality of the app. I explained that I wasn't using the app, just the web site. Again, they said they couldn't help. So I asked if they could just take my order over the phone. They would, but refused to honor their own special.

I went back online to find a contact info page so I could inform them what had happened. Lo and behold, no corporate phone number, no email address, not even a form to fill out. The only way to communicate with them is to send them a snail mail letter. Seriously? In the vernacular... screw that.

Guess who's never going to buy a...

If you're a pizza lover, Marco's Pizza is a must-try! I recently had the pleasure of trying their pizza for the first time, and I have to say, I was blown away. From the moment I opened the box, the delicious aroma of fresh, hot pizza wafted out and had me salivating.

The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. Every bite was bursting with flavor and left me wanting more.

But it's not just the pizza that impressed me - the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel right at home (in particular Harman!).

Overall, I highly recommend Marco's Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious, high-quality pizza experience. Whether you're in the mood for classic pepperoni or something more adventurous, either way you won't be disappointed! We ordered the pizza pans and previously it was presented like a casserole. This time it seems like they took it literally and used the pans as the crust. So we essentially got half the ingredients for the same price.

Update, owner got in touch with me and got things figured out. Should be a one time thing. Feeling the love again.

We decided to try them again and the quality has made a 180 degree turn. The pizza pans were as we have come to expect, which means I have left overs for lunch in the week. and as apology for the poor ones last time a desert of great tasting brownies were included, as well as a hand written note on the box.
