Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Firestone

I find setup and service to be burdensome. I don’t know the menu and wanted to pull up to the speaker and look at it. However, they have an employee standing out there taking your order. I told her that I needed to look at the menu so she said she would go get me one. No, that’s more hassle than it should be. This is a kiosk so you can’t go in to look at the menu. So in order to go to the drive thru and not have it be a pain, I have to look online beforehand because they won’t let you pull up and use the drive thru as it was intended. If they had a walk in store, I would’ve went inside to look. Other places like Starbucks do this but they have a store that you can walk into to check out the menu. I shouldn’t have to look online. Sometimes people want to look at the menu and this setup doesn’t allow it without it being a total inconvenience.

Lastly, It’s a drive thru and I’m looking for convenience. This is inconvenient. I also am not looking for this degree of interaction. That’s why I’m at a drive thru. I’m not looking to have someone standing next to my car at my window. What to burden the customer.

I will not be back. I shouldn’t have to look online to see the menu and you don’t have a store you can walk into to look. You aren’t setup for this. At least leave one one your drive thru lanes open for people who want to just order through...

We love Ziggi’s and since there are many convenient locations we go here many times a week. There drinks are delicious! From the coffee to the frozen blenders (try Peanut Butter mocha!) to the smoothies and the Chai, they are co sisterly quality and delicious! We love the hot chocolate, Italian sodas and chai tea. Also their hot apple cider is amazing! They have many food options with great ingredients from Umpqua oatmeal to local burritos (make sure you try the salsa!!!) to organic bread slices (try all the kinds!), there is always a tasty treat there to satisfy you. And most importantly, their service is FAST and FRIENDLY! They must enjoy working there because the same baristas are there time and time again, often for years! The best part about Ziggi’s is they do have a drink reward program, which really earns you free drinks easily! Tuesday gets you double punches, and you can earn from both the “specialty” or “non-specialty drinks on your lunch card. You can even order and xtra large drink as your free drink when you do earn it! I love this establishment and have barely glanced at a Starbucks or other coffee shop since I moved back to Longmont due to all the reasons to frequent a locally owned and high quality coffee shop as they are! Try Ziggi’s and even if you love something, try new things- you’ll never run out...

If you like really sweet cappuccinos that taste like something from a vending machine, prepared in an outdoor setting with flies buzzing around where your coffee is made then this is the place for you lol. I wanted to try somewhere new because Starbucks is shady, and tries to ef up unions, but at least their lattes and cappuccinos actually taste like decent coffee that are only sometimes too sweet. Plus I can just scan my phone and collect stars which can be used to get free stuff...I don't think Ziggi's has that, you just pay $6 for a 16oz cup of bean water, and that's it. I gave them an extra star, because I asked for extra foam, and they delivered, but the coffee itself was diabetes in a cup, kinda grainy, and DEFINITELY tasted like something from a vending machine, or at best, a k-pod. Also, I guess extra foam doesn't mean a thick layer to them, it just means only fill the 16oz cup half way with coffee, and then fill the other half with a very thin foam...I wanted a refund after tasting what I got, but I was already gone so I didn't bother, but I will not be spending my money at...
