If you are someone who truly enjoys bad service, this is a place for you. There are over 15 different pizza restaurants in a 2 mile radius from this location, so standing out with customer service is something that differentiates restaurants. Arbitrarily cancelling online orders 5 minutes before they're due to be delivered, then screaming "WE AREN'T TAKING ORDERS" and hanging up on a customer, is definitely a way to set the bar lower for all the other competitors. Sadly, that is exactly the experience we had. Domino's corporate customer service decided to blame my experience on the fact this location is "locally owned and operated" -- which is a way to blame the customer for the company's bad behavior. This encounter has permanently lost a customer before I even get to the product.
I would highly recommend that this place be avoided. 100ft away in both directions are 3 other pizza houses. Within 1000ft are a total of 5 other options that will service you better (and that's not counting the grocery store across the street that has many options too). Vote with your dollars elsewhere, don't allow this bad service...
Read moreOrdered an extra large pizza online tonight and when our friend got there to pick it up, the manager told her that he had given us a large pizza instead of an extra extra large like we had paid for. It was a small difference, but I did not understand why they thought it would be okay to give us something we didn't pay for without putting more effort into contacting us. They claimed that my friends phone went straight to voicemail when they called, but I feel something more could have been done instead of giving us something we didn't ask for that costs less. Her phone was by her the whole time on loud and a the number from dominos is not in her call history so I'm not sure if there was an issue with their phone or maybe my friends phone, but being told, "we called you" instead of trying to fix the problem was very irritating. I was happy to get a refund, but we ordered an extra large to have enough food for other people so I feel something different could have been done. Manager was mostly polite to my friend who had an attitude, but he could have done things...

When an hour later it still stated it was in the oven we were curious and called to ask where our food was. We were informed they were just now making it and that we would have to wait for three other orders ahead of ours to be made and delivered first. When asked how long it would be we were informed it would be another hour. That's after already waiting an hour assuming our food was being made. We of course asked to speak to a manager and were rudely informed that there was nothing they or the manager could do about the late food. I told them I understood being short staffed and only having one delivery driver but that we would appreciate a store credit or something for our wait and was told that they don't do that.
