Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

I haven't had Little Ceasars in years, but after seeing a commercial for their Old World Pizza we decided to try it out. All the commercials and pictures show a shallow pan pizza with edge to edge toppings. We ordered it for delivery and when it showed up it was an under cooked original crust pizza. When I say under cooked, I'm saying dough. You couldn't tell cheese from dough. A few weeks later we decided it another go. Everyone is entitled to an off night, right? We decided to order it for pick up. When we filled out our order online and selected pick-up the site said they weren't doing online orders at the moment. We then called for pick up and the line just gave us a busy signal. After 3 attempted calls we gave up and ordered another company's pizza. Tonight we decided to give it one last chance. I mean the old world pizza looked great, we wanted to love it! We ordered it for pick up so if we ran into any issues we could talk to them in the store. Sure enough, the pizza was the original with crust, no toppings edge to edge, and less doughy buy very under done. I brought this to their attention in the store, and they IMMEDIATELY came back with, "My General Manger makes the pizzas and they're the General manager for all of Indiana. They make it to corporate standard." I just looked back in disbelief as I couldn't believe how rehearsed this sounded. I obviously have not been the first to complain about this. Not only that but it was delivered with an attitude of "tough sh$*". Cheap pizza or not, the last straw wasn't the pizza but the ridiculous attitude towards a customer for what was obviously not the same pizza and their rehearsed denial of...

The majority of the time I come to this Little Caesar's, I am pleased. One of the most recent times I went there, it wasn't the best experience. I walk in to order and there is no staff in the front. I walk to the side, and I see four or four teenage girls sitting down. I said hello, waiting for someone to come take my order. No one got up or even acknowledged me. I yelled at them, saying HELLO! Still no response from them. They didn't get up until the video they were watching was done. After they finally took my order I asked to speak to the manager to express what just happened. The teenage girls brought out ANOTHER teenage girl who was the assistant manager!! To sum it all up, SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!! I highly recommend NOT ordering from this Little Caesar's when the staff is full of teenagers who rather sit down watching videos than actually doing the job that they are getting paid for. Guess I learned my lesson for coming here trying to give them more and more chances. The last straw was me spending money on a pizza that I never got. Ordered a pizza and wondered why the app didn't say it was ready yet (over an hour since ordering) so I went to the store to see if maybe it was already made. Sure enough the place was literally full of other people waiting on their orders, with people waiting outside in their cars as well. Since it was getting close to closing time at this point, they decided they'll just close before making the food I paid for. Not sure if others got their food or not, but in my book this is a scam, due to laziness, incompetence, and carelessness. Never did get my money back.
