Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

Called in for carry-out. Dalton answered, took my number to have for order, let me know carry-outs are running at about 20-25 minutes, to which I appreciated because waiting after arriving isn't fun and same getting there too late and pizza is cold. So he took my order (chicken mariachi is the BEST btw), and I ordered 2-pizzas, 2-orders of b-sticks, and added some xtra cheese dip, as well as changed my options on pizzas a little. Dalton again told me 20-25 mins, followed by my total, and I headed out for my 20-min drive to the Olio Rd. Donatos with my 2-Yorkies in tow. I pulled to the drive-up window exactly 22-minutes after my call, and observed them putting my pizza in its box seconds before opening the window and asking my name for pick-up purposes. He gave me my total, cashed me out, and handed over my order exactly as placed. He than took a second to notice and talk to my puppies, as well as another employee did, and told me to have an excellent evening! Upon arriving home and gobbling down these pizzas with the family, we found the entire order to be hot, accurate, and most importantly, DELICIOUS! From the call, to pick up, and eating, everything was A+++!!! The same cannot be said for the E.Washington St. location unfortunately!

Ordered pizza from Donatos for the first time. Estimated delivery was 85 minutes. No problem. After an hour my kids get anxious and go look out the front door for the pizza guy. They found our pizzas sitting on our front porch. They were ICE cold. They weren’t even supposed to be done for another 25 minutes and we had no idea how long they had been sitting there. No one knocked, rang the doorbell, emailed, texted, or called to let us know the pizza was there. I called the store to complain and they apologized on behalf of the delivery guy, but only offer credit. Why would I want more Donatos?! I had to argue to get less than HALF of my money back!!! Still trying to wrap my head around paying $50 for the inconvenience and terrible customer service we just experienced. Trashed the pizza....

We had a mishap with our delivery. Apparently, when they are busy (more than 60 minutes to deliver) DoorDash kicks in as the delivery service. It happened to us this evening and wow what a mess. The pizzas we got were literally sideways and all smashed hard into one side of the box. I called the store manager and she was awesome. She offered a credit. I just asked for the pizza we ordered to be resent. It arrived in the time she promised and looked perfect. Thank you!

Lesson learned. If your delivery switches to doordash, check the product before the driver leaves. They are not the same as Donato's drivers. It's so frustrating that a poor delivery person got the tip I prepaid.
