Will say our waitress's were awesome ! they were sisters i believe.âș these ladies Did the best they could. The management should have done a better job to make our experience better! But it took 2 hrs. To get the food out and when it did come was cold! and she didn't even hit tables to apologize or help much herself, or accommodate our bills like should have.we literally Just brought our food home to eat hot. Because didn't want to spend all that and not enjoy it. mind you we live 45 min.from here.. She could have pulled other staff in that weren't busy to help them because we had 45 people or more ..we did call ahead to let them know we had a big group after the boys played 2 games out in this hot weather. The adults had to go to bar to get the beverages they wanted. We also had to help ourselves w refills which was fine but had no ice. I am not one to complain because i am in the industry. I felt bad for the girls because they were hustling but again i will blame management .there was only 1 table in bar and there was 3 or 4 other tables in the restaurant. But seen 6 other employees that did not lend a hand. If they would have worked as a team we could have been in and out within an hour and a half. Then they could have sat the people that waited to be served.that probably left rather. 2 tables beside us sat dirty the whole time.and the dining room was a mess. There wasn't any pre bussing as well .when i had also noticed there was a busser that i seen for a short time.he could have grabbed a bus tub and had those cleaned quickly and could have sat 2 more families. When you have 2 bartenders but no bar tables you pull them into the dining room. They would have made a lot more money and had happier patrons if the manager knew how to do her job.. Im sorry...just saying might want to work on how to deal with volume..especially knowing you had tournaments going on locally! I know its hard to have good help.or any .which is sad. Again i hate to complain.i guess there just needs more training or have the district or gm. Stop in and address...
Read moreWent in there on a Saturday night and the place was a ghost town with tons of college hoops games on (figured out why)⊠we stood around the front waiting to be seated for 10 minutes I finally started walking around the pickup area looking for any signs of life and finally saw someone I think named Lexi behind the swing door playing on her phone. She made eye contact tact with me and looked annoyed and asked what I needed. I said we had been standing around for awhile and had never been interacted with and asked if we were just supposed to seat ourselves. She said âoh hold on Iâll find a waitress to seat youâ. There were 3 tables in the whole joint with people at them and I swear to you we stood around for another 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes, one of the other tables that had 5 people at it got up and walked out, on their way out they said they had been at their table for 20 minutes and never even got waters. So then Lexi comes back and seats us and we notice the waitresses are sitting at the bar. We sat for another 15 minutes without a peep from a waitress or Lexi again. So we left. In total we were there for 30 minutes plus, there was practically nobody in there and we were never interacted with a server only the 2 sentences with Lexi and she was playing on her phone in the back and had to be tracked down. 2 groups walked out, us and the other group, in that 30 minutes and had never been approached by a server. The server was there moving around with 0 sense of urgency and not even acknowledging anybody. This is horrible service and not only will I never go to that BDubs again. Iâm never going to another bDubs anywhere because this just seems to be the culture they are ok with. Mediocre wings and $h&@ service. Never again anywhere. The kicker is my brother and I just wanted to get a couple of beers and get my nephew some wings. We could have waited an hour to get a drink. ...
Read moreThe single worst Bdubs experience for us. Each of the problems could have been overlooked on their own but the whole experience was just a bid disappointment. No friendly hi how are you, no asking us if we want booth or table. The host said "How many" then gave us 2 of everything for 4 people, walked up to a table set it down and walked away. We never did get enough forks. The table wasn't even clean. Ordered a strawberry lemonade for a toddler clearly holding a sippy cup and was brought a glass milk shake cup filled to the brim with ice and no way for us to pour it into said sippy cup. I had to use the straw to transfer the liquid from the glass to his cup. My wife ordered the $3 Miller lite special that we were charged $4 for. I ordered a whiskey and dr pepper and was given the most expensive whiskey; so my tiny drink was charged as a $10 shot (i guess my 2oz of dr pepper was free). The server didn't give us straws for our drinks until we were ready to order 10+ minutes later. Our son waited 22 minutes for his drink to be refilled (and that was after we started keeping track of the amount of time). When our food was brought over our oldest son had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and was given a grilled sandwich. The server proceeded to argue with us about our order. Then spent many more minutes reviewing the order he had written down wrong and then put in the correct order. He only apologized once for this mistake and that was when he handed us the receipt to fill in for his tip. For our youngest son we ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only. It came with no ketchup and the table ketchup was empty. The food was perfectly delicious and if I could have tipped the cooks I would have instead of the server. I am extremely mad I had to give so much of our hard earned money to someone who didn't deserve anywhere near...
