The owner left 100 cross country runners without bagels I ordered a week in advance. In addition to not filling my order, he refused to sell me ANY bagels because I was "rude." My offense? Checking pricing at Panera, but calling back to confirm my order. What type of petty person confirms an order for dozens of bagels then does not make them leaving over a hundred athletes without food? The bagel is warmed up but not toasted and they charged me $1.89 per sandwich for the smallest amount of cream cheese . Nearly adding $4 in cream cheese . I asked them about it and was told the owner increase prices 8% across the board but almost $2 for cream cheese I should have just bought a whole container.
