If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very rude customer service and food is 👎. Don’t waste your time or money here. Order from another place.
Edit. You wouldn’t see me on the camera because I never did come into the place. I called over the phone . From the start I told the lady on the phone I would like to order a general tso COMBO and shrimp and broccoli COMBO. I also ordered a few more things. At the end of my order I asked her to add on two additional egg rolls. She starts YELLING at me telling she now has to start the order over because I never told her I wanted to order combinations. I literally said COMBOS. I was very polite to this lady when ordering then she starts yelling for no reason about how she has to erase everything and start over. I then told her don’t even worry about making my order, because I don’t want anyone yelling at me to ever make my food. I also to work VERY hard at my job and I would NEVER yell at my patients like this lady was yelling at me on the phone. Very poor customer service on y’all behalf. And your response is still very unprofessional. Like I said I live down the road from here and I will drive to a further location to order my food. And like the other reviews I’ve ordered from here before but it has definitely been awhile and the food has gotten very flavorless. I was trying to give yall a try again and now it’s ruin by poor customer...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 star rating, I would… Out of our large $53 order before tip, the only things that was edible was the fried dumplings & egg rolls. The chicken wings were flavorless & most pieces had feathers still. My husband & I both got general tso’s combination plates. We both put in a note asking politely for spicy chicken. The chicken we received was so sweet, it’d pass better as orange chicken. My husband paired his with white rice, which was dry & not fully cooked. I paired mine with pork lo mein & it tasted like chemicals… Our roommate got a combination plate as well, his with sweet & sour chicken. We did not get the sweet & sour sauce at all. The breading on his chicken was not fully cooked. It was “gushy” in his words. He paired his with pork fried rice, which was also dry & not fully cooked. Spring roll was soggy & sopping with grease. This was beyond disappointing as we’ve ordered many times from this location… We will not be back. I’m honestly scared we will fall ill from consuming the little bit of the order that we did. 0/10 AVOID...
Read moreI have lived in Fishers for 10 years, searching for a great Chinese restaurant for take-out, as I’ve had award winning Chinese restaurants in both Minneapolis & Memphis when I lived there.
Yesterday, l found my coveted Chinese restaurant (Lucky Dragon!) after having to endure literally dozens of bad experiences with other Chinese restaurants poor food quality, flavorings, glow in the dark sauces, etc.
It’s fully staffed by Chinese descendants who know what they’re doing. Don’t let the food pictures on the wall fool you - everything is made from scratch. They’ll tell you 10 - 15 minutes to get your order ready, but plan on 30 minutes. It will be worth the wait.
Don’t confuse this location with the Lucky Dragon on Commercial Blvd. in Fishers - it’s the same restaurant name, but very different food quality. Oh, insist on giving them a name for your order to make it easier to identify at pick Try it! You won’t be...
