Ordered at 8:30pm was supposed to get a confirmation email when the order was ready, by 9:30, NOTHING. Went to the drive through to ask about my order, at that time they told me they didn't have the impossible burger available and they could substitute if I'd like. They never called or emailed me to let me know they could not complete my order. I then ordered the fish sandwich instead as my daughter is a pescatarian. Then they said they had not started my order and the food would take about 7 to 10 more minutes and they would bring it out to my vehicle. I waited 25 minutes for them to bring me my food to my vehicle, and a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes for okay food! OKAY FOOD! It wasn't even all that! I will NEVER EVER go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to ask for the difference in price and to get my $ refunded for the 2 different sandwiches. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous, as you can tell I am not happy. What would have happen if I never came to check in!? Would they have just kept my $ and never notified me because they didn't have an option I ordered?? Such BS. WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE! No sorry, no discount,...

I have tried now twice to order food here on Uber Eats and support local business. First time they cancelled my order with no explanation. And the second time they were out of everything I wanted. I give up this place has terrible service.

Yeah, I tried in person. This being 3 years since I tried to order off of uber eats. This place honestly is awful. I can't say one good thing about this place. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me. She waited on customers who came in afterwards first.

After about a half hour of waiting I went up to the counter and asked for my money back. Especially seeing that they were helping people who came in after me. And then they finally made my order. Apparently they forgot. They undercooked my food. My fries are soggy and the bun on the hot dog is completely wet and inedible.

There was no apology on their part either. And they were going to also not give me the drink I ordered. I had to remind them of that. Worst $12 I've ever spent. Save your money and don't ever come here. Shame on me for being...

Came in from out of town with my wife around noon, online says they open at 11. When I came in lights were still off, but I asked the woman if they were open she said yeah I’m getting everything heated up, she then went on to say “you even know what you want”, “have you looked at the menu”, I responded saying yes we were sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes. She said ok what you want, I ordered the the Gyro cheeseburger, pizza puff, and a large blue raspberry slushy. The burger was terrible, 3 tiny pieces of onion burger was extremely dry no flavor, tomato looked old and super thin slice, the gyro meat was the best part. Pizza puff was pretty much all breading and nothing inside. The supposed blue raspberry slushy was just super sour lemonade with the smallest splash of blue raspberry flavoring I couldn’t even finish it with how sour it was.
