Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Fitchburg

Prior to me moving to Texas I had always gone to Mike's Pizza since 2009. I knew Mike also before he moved to Greece. I have always bought my subs at Mike's. I recently return to Fitchburg to visit and went to Mike's for me favorite sub. I MUST SAY IT WAS A TOTAL ""DISAPPOINTMENT"". The guy that made my sub didnt use any gloves. Totally unsanitary. The manager handled the money with the same gloves he was to cook. I ordered a cheese steak w onions, pickles, tomatoes, hots, provolone and mayo. When I opened the sub it had 2 pickles , NO onions , No Mayo , No hots , No provolone cheese , 2 pieces of tomatoes that look like they were 10 days old. DISGUSTING. And a Total insult to the reputation of Mike's name. When I confront the manager/owner about the sub HE BLEW HIS TOP and started screaming "" I am tired of people coming in here complaining about my employees not wearing gloves and my food. I told him I didnt my money back or the sub he can keep them both. My problem was about the disgusting service and grossed out food. Not about my money

I must say to hear the words from the owners mouth to the complaints of quality of service and food coming straight from the managers MOUTH says it all. The Board of Health should investigate the establishment. My rating for Mike's Pizza sadly...

I was just with a friend that went to get their money back. They ordered a large Italian sub and a grilled chicken salad and were charged $29.85. That price is ridiculous and if they had an updated online menu we would have gone elsewhere. My friends salad had no tomatoes and the cucumber was extremely soft and bad tasting and she returned 3/4 of it. She called and the did acknowledge that they served a bad salad and refunded her money. The sub had lettuce, pickle,tomato and onion and they charged per item which all should have been included in the price. They also charged $1.00 credit card fee which usually the establishment covers. For $30 I can goto Applebee's or 99 and get a decent meal. No one is going to pay that for a quick take home salad and sub. I predict if they don't make some huge changes they won't be in business long. Too many other local pizza places that give you better food for less. And yes i would have gone to my regular place tonight but they are closed in mon so I decided to give this place a try. I...

i ordered delivery and the driver did not follow my instructions so i was unaware that my food had arrived. one hour passed so i called them to see how much longer it would be. They said it was delivered and the driver followed my instructions (he did not) and my food was not here. The guy on the phone said “what do you want from me” and i asked if i could get the food redelivered, i could pick it up if they remade it, or im gonna need a refund. they said the driver left for the night, i have to PAY AGAIN if they remake the food that was stolen off my front porch and they WONT refund me. The guy was basically yelling at me on the phone asking how it was their problem and that they don’t do refunds and they can’t help me. He gets another guy on the phone that said he will apparently do the refund and it’ll be back on my card in 24hrs and then hung up on me. If there is no refund, i will be...
