'Twas a fine Tuesday afternoon for dining al fresco, so we set out to our local Noodles & Company for a late lunch. To your dear critic, noodles are a true ticket to the world, so we packed our bags and strapped in for a great adventure. We were not dissapointed. In none of the great plains of the vast midwest could a mac and cheese dish so ravish your taste buds. The elbow macaronis were cooked to perfection, while the cheeses playfully danced over the tongue in their perfect proportions. I added a topping of parmesan crusted chicken, which transported me down memory lane to a time where I clung as a child to mother's legs as she sprinkled fresh parmesan over sizzling chicken in the cast iron skillet. Ah, days long past. My partner, in her tasteful endeavor to savor some fresh mediterranean flavor, opted for the penne rosa, a pasta with spicy cream sauce over penne with tomato, spinach, and mushroom. What a journey! The flavors blended beautifully together to transport the hungry food-traveler through a lush Italian garden. Truly, such a wondrous trip across the world can only be had in the delicious noodles prepared by our friends at Noodles & Company. Such was our lunch at Noodles. With our passports stamped in flavor and our tummies full of fine noodles, we meandered on our journey to new and exciting culinary destinations. I cannot recommend a better destination for pasta....
Read moreFood was good, restaurant was clean, employees were nice, I had no problems until about 10 minutes after we got our food. I had my 3 kids and three of their friends with me and there was an angry customer who was out of control at the front yelling at some employees and I’m assuming the shift manager and being very disrespectful. I overheard her complaining about the cashier being rude and having an attitude but I had the same cashier and she was lovely and smiling so I don’t know what that lady’s deal was. Of course it isn’t the worker’s fault that she was yelling, but from my perspective the manager handled it very poorly. She just kept telling her to calm down which never does anything for an angry customer. Managers need more training about how to deal with customers like this more professionally because for this woman to be screaming for almost 10 minutes in front of a dining room full of children during the dinner rush is...
Read moreI was very impressed with Miram (not sure if that is how you spell their name) but I ordered food and ordered extra food just to have delivery because I had a metting and was unable to go get it so I paid for food I was not even going to eat. I literally put in the instruction to delivery to the office but the delivery driver took it somewhere else and 30 minutes later, I finally found my food in a hallway now cold and without my drink so needless to say I was very irritated. When I contacted Noodles, they were super friendly and refunded all of my money when it wasn't their fault. She was amazing to talk to, listened to my frustration and would order from them...
