Ordered threw what sounds like a call center. Should have known not to go through with it, but I did. Of course the order came wrong. Although when ordering pasta and, asking for plates and Silverware don't forget the forks. Can't eat pasta with the fingers duh! Oh and who would order breadsticks with out some kind of dipping sauce? Atleast call and find out what your outsourced call center forgot to tell you. Maybe call who ordered and ask if we wanted the sauces we requested with the order. Needless to say we ate a breadstick but the pizza was full of green peppers not green olives.....(language barrier) pffftttt. The 2 star was for reimbursement of the cost. However my 10$ tip was still a loss. Somehow 2 breadsticks isn't worth the 10$ and having to wait another hr for different delivery made me HANGRY! Advise: bring order taking back to America so you can service the customers from America like you used to. Language barriers are not good for business. And make it up to th for skimping out on needed services. I shouldn't have to pay another delivery fee to cover your lack of investment. I'll stick with local pizza places from now on. Oh and patch the call through to the local store when I press 2 to talk to the store full filling my order.. I don't want the call center they can't...

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. That’s not my fault that they outsourced with DoorDash Nick the manager is not a nice person and that’s me saying it nicely. I had to hunt down my food when I called the phone number of the person who delivered my food couldn’t understand me at all. Didn’t know what I was talking about. Then when I called the store to talk about it Nick hung up on me and was very disrespectful. I stopped ordering from this place a long time ago and I thought that today because everything that’s going on that I could order from this place and it was not gonna be a problem. Worst service ever no respect. he tried saying the sauces were in the box with my pizza. However my last order was horrible. I order a medium pizza Some pasta and some cheese sticks. I live very close to my neighborhood Pizza Hut like 2 blocks. It took almost an hour to get here. Then when I received it it was smashed. I called to give them a chance to replace it. The manager Paul was very rude to me so much so I went to the location to receive my refund.
