The food is delicious! I decided to go with carnitas salad, ranch dressing, pico de gallo and pickles onions. Everything tasted so refreshing and delicious!! My mom went with the star of the menu, the baked potato filled with braised brisket and cheese. Of course I tried it and it was not only delicious but the skin was eatable like crunchy chips!! Sooo yummy. If you are around try it, you won’t regret it.

Delicious comfort food and top-notch service!

Stopped by Potato Pit Stop and was blown away by how good everything was! The loaded baked potatoes were flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked — you can really tell they use quality ingredients. There were plenty of options to choose from, and each one looked better than the last.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a roadside spot with such great food and great people.
