Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Flagstaff

Watching them make my pizza and breaking numerous Coconino County food safety guidelines is horrible. I also believed this to be a family environment but instead had to listen to very distasteful music that is in fact illegal for the business to play in the fashion that they did as it is Copyrighted and I am 100% sure Little Caesars has no license to play it. I was sitting by the customer entrance while waiting for my pizza for almost 20 minutes and had to overhear what I believe was either the Store Manager or Shift manager by the way he was directing employees. He has dark hair and a full beard and making food. He was telling stories to his co workers of his exploits of both a sexual and non sexual nature that could be heard throughout the whole store! I had my 2 kids with me. This is 100% unacceptable in any kind of restaurant. I will never come back here! I strongly encourage others to seek better quality product and environment elsewhere! Awful. Ordered by tel so I could return to cancer patient family member. Were told: "10-13 min". Arrived in 13m, 1/2 order not ready, after a wait, given "someone else's." Female, 28-38, brown hair, with the worst people skills, as in - none, said -hold on. We'll have to prepare your's. No apology, no courtesy. When asked to clarify, she gave the attitude that says she hates her job and the people she serves. Then the pizza was nearly cold as just cooked wings came out. I hadn't been to a Little Ceasars pizza in ages, but we got some coupons in the mail and decided to try it. The pizza was pretty bad; it had almost no sauce, much less cheese than I remember, and hardly any of the toppings we ordered (though the quality of the toppings was alright). The crust was also not very good (had a stale, unappealing taste and it had flattened out from poor proofing). We threw away most of the pizza, but we ate most of the cheese bread - the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. Overall, I would not try Little Ceasars again in the future, and I would definitely not recommend...
