Polibertos — Restaurant in Flagstaff

I am visually inspired and need assistance for EVERY day life. We drove out of our way to come eat here because we've gotten food through the drive thru and it's good. So this is our first time going inside and at first it was fast and we are sitting eating . Me being diabetic I need to take insulin and I am on my period too TMI and I go to the bathroom with my wife because I need help again to do a lot, so we go into bathroom I go to bathroom do what I need and then wash my hands and my wife gets my insulin ready for me and hands it to me as she goes to the bathroom we are talking and just finishing up. We hear a knock and the door open fast not giving us a chance. It's the cook telling us why weren't we answering and why were we both in there that we need to get out of he is calling the cops. I tell him and show him my medicine and told him I'm not taking my shots out there he says we need to get out. I go to the front and ask why he opened the door like he did and didn't give me or my wife a chance say anything and he says "you better not be smoking in there I'm calling the cops" I ask him what am I smoking when I took my medicine and am changing my pad because I'm bleeding he gets quiet as he is in the back cooking doesn't say sorry nothing. The manager shows up and just says sorry not even the cook says anything. This is the worst place to come for service and are very rude be careful they'll walk in on you on the toilet they don't care. To me that's disrespectful don't come here the workers are apparently pervs and have no respect for their customers and padont let your kids go to the bathroom alone you never know if one of their workers will walk in on your child either. ying...

Polibertos is my go-to spot for delicious and authentic Mexican food in Flagstaff. I've been visiting this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. Today I went there for my lunch break thinking it was gonna be a gonna be a good experience but nope.. one he was rude taking my order so I was like ok maybe he's having a bad day... Two I asked for more salsa and he was highly rude about it and grabbed my bag and threw the salsa in there.... I then went inside cause he only gave me red salsa and I was like sir I asked for green.. he rudely gave me that..I was in my work uniform and I had to be nice and said something kindly... He ignored me.. after I went in my car to call to talk to a manager his excuse for being rude is cause people don't like paying extra for salsa and you only get two of each and I replied by saying you never said anything about costing extra and if that was the case I would have and I have no problem with that... And explained next time say that in stead being rude and then he hung up on me while explaining that it's not ok to treat your customers with disrespect.. again he never told me there's a fee for Xtra salsa.. at least the...
