Im very dissappointed in the way we were treated before we could get out of our car. We were confronted by a man that was working outside the thrift shop about parking in the handicap spot. My husband is a disabled veteran and we have handicap/disabled plates on our car. He said he couldnt see our plates and walked around our car. He then saw them and moved on. Then, The same man confronted us on the way out.When we came out of the thrift shop, not even into the car yet, he said, he needs the spot for someone that was handicapped.I should have just called the police and had them handle it. Read moreThe staff here has always been unfriendly and unwelcoming to me every time I have visited in the 4 years I have lived on and off in Flagstaff; never greeting me when I enter or saying any farewells as I leave even if I am the only one near the entrance and they are not busy. If you are anything but white good luck being treated with respect and dignity and feeling invited .
