This financial institution has committed over $7000 of check endorsement fraud with my personal funds refused to do anything about it even though I have threatened to pursue litigation nobody is willing to work with me nor can I get a phone call back I don't understand why this can't be escalated to where somebody in a managerial position could contact me to resolve this issue. Instead I have to hire a lawyer to sue you guys to get $7000 back even tho you're insured through the FDIC for up to 250k per social security number. I kept waving my arms for assistance and they just stared at me. Eventually somebody came and she had no idea how to fix it. She told me to call customer service to figure it out and the number didnt send me to a person but an answering machine.
