FOURTH STREET SONIC—
Let me start by saying this…. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS.
I completely understand accidents happen, but this place blows. They messed up our whole order. Specifically asked for ranch with mozzarella sticks, got marinara. They gave us one straw for two drinks, chili cheese fries instead of chilli cheese tots and even then the fries were still frozen in the middle. my daughters chicken tenders tasted like old grease and were so hard I, myself couldn’t even bite them. They put tomatoes on the burger when we asked them not to. Total waste of $35.
To top it off, I’m not even exaggerating I have called at least 10 times, all for them to answer and hang up on me every single time, which is crazy because even another reviewer mentions that! After they were tired of hanging up on me, they just left the phone off the hook so the line stayed busy.
I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the horrible service and lack of customer service. I even tried reaching out to another Sonic to see if they knew this place and what I could do. Looks like I will be stuck with calling corporate.
I’m seriously debating on keeping every item they gave me tonight, wrapping it up, and taking it to them in the morning with my receipt. I would do it tonight but I live 25 minutes away in a small neighborhood outside of Flag 🙃 Also, I saw a bunch of reviews saying the manager just argues with them when they complain about anything and is extremely rude… so is it even worth it?

Read moreThe fourth Street sonic is a staple of Flagstaff, anybody who’s grown up in Flagstaff has been to this sonic at least 10 times. In the past couple of months, management must be new. I’ve ordered on three separate occasions since August on the mobile app, more than an hour before closing, and I have arrived to find this specific location closed. Tonight, as my third attempt to order from the sonic location on the mobile app, I got to sonic to see that the staff was inside cleaning up, and all of the stall lights had been turned off. I had already placed my order, well before closing, and I parked in a stall, and I selected the stall in the app. I could see all the staff inside, cleaning and getting ready to close. I attempted calling the location and selecting the red button, all while being ignored. I went inside, and asked if I could just get my drink, a woman told me they were closed, and I informed her that I had already paid for my drink well before closing. She didn’t respond to me, but turned to the manager and said “she’s angry!” The manager came over and said “hey we are closed.” I said this is the third time this is happened to me I just want my drink. He told the other worker to make my drink.
If they’re going to randomly decide to close early, nobody cares, but close down ordering on the app and ensure it doesn’t happen often. Also, don’t ignore your customers who have already paid, and who are waiting outside your establishment. Be adults and either honor their orders or walk outside, answer the button, or answer your phone and inform them you’re not open....
Read moreMy 10 year old daughter and I walked over to this location on 04/02/2018 around 3 in the afternoon. We were on the patio. There were 4 teenagers also on the patio. These teenagers were extremely vulgar. They were very loud which is fine, but nearly every sentence out of the boys mouths had an F word or any number of other swear words. I asked repeatedly for them to calm down as this from my understanding is supposed to be a family type restaurant. After doing so they calmed down for a few minutes and then got worse. When their carhop came out to bring them shakes he started swearing and inviting more of the same from the guests. He looked like an older brother to one of the kids ordering shakes. I was very upset. I pay way too much money for sub par food. My kids like the shakes and that was the only reason I continued to take them to Sonic. If there are employees encouraging this behavior I will not be back! After we received our food we realized no condiments other than marinara sauce that is already supposed to come with the cheese sticks was offered. As I cut into my footlong chili cheese coney I saw that the color of the hotdog was orange and looked terribly under-cooked. I was soo disgusted with this particular visit there was no reason to even talk to anyone at the store. I could not have stayed rational. I can pay the same money at Chili's have far better quality in the food I order, and better service and respect from a real family...
