Fiorelli's Restaurant Collection — Restaurant in Flat Rock

Fiorelli's was amazing! We visited on our way back to Ohio. We got a pleasant surprise when we arrived; Pam, the owner met us when we walked in. (The husband and wife operators are just the best people in the world.)

We wanted pizza so we planned to go to Wise Guys as opposed to going to their upper scale ROC restaurant in the lower level. We were seated at a high top table and ordered Cokes and appetizers. The Coke was fresh and the twisty bread and fried cheese wedges were hot, fresh and delicious. And we weren't even at the main attraction! Anticipation was rising 😊 Well, we didn't have to wait long. Our large pepperoni pizza and small cheese were brought directly from the oven piping hot! I gave into my compulsion and began devouring immediately. I paid with a roof-of-the-mouth blister. Boy, was it worth it. The pizza was perfectly seasoned, thin and lightly crisped. Big surprise, I ate too much. And bad for me, I had a two hour drive ahead of me. The carb coma was worth it. We made it home safe. What's more, we found a little gem in Flat Rock, Mi. Big win!

P.S. I almost forgot. It was Saturday and they had live music. "Just Two Guitars" was playing in the corner. Great entertainment. They were actually way more than just two guitars. The guy and gal duo had two great voices they used to cover a bunch of classics....

If I could rate less than 1 star I would have. 1st time EVER going to Wize Guys and the waitress says we are known for our burgers and pizza. We say okay, we will take one of each of them. The waitress then says "do you want parmeasean cheese or pepper flakes for the table?" We say "yes both" just like at ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE. She brings over a 2oz plastic to-go sauce cup of parmeasean cheese and the jar of pepper flakes. We then get our bill and PLEASE tell me why there is a $1.50 charge for that little 2oz cup of cheese that I would have gotten at ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE free of charge with my pizza?!?!? The pizza was the MOST BASIC PIZZA you will ever taste, and the burger that was talked up so much tasted like a pre pressed frozen burger you can buy in the frozen section of Meijers. The prices are ridiculously way higher than they should be and the portions are so small. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Wimpy burger down the street taste so much better and a quarter of the price and if its pizza you want, pick ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE unless you prefer...

I had the most awful experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant and my family has owned nice restaurants. Went to grab pizza with a friend and to watch football on 08/11 and the staff accused me of a felony because I walked into a bathroom they were cleaning without a closed bathroom sign on it. I had not only the manager but bartenders coming up, slandering me thinking I did something to the point that I left. The hostess they had cleaning the bathroom happened to be under 18 and literally walked out of the bathroom after we mutually apologized and I even offered to leave the bathroom because I had no idea anyone was in there. I’ve never been so disrespected in my entire life and I even lost my AirPod that night walking out of that place. Avoid this place like the plague. Pizza isn’t even that good and I would NEVER recommend this bar to anyone. To even accuse someone like that without any facts is mind blowing and absolutely...
