Horrible customer service!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was at the gas station around the corner where my friend was filling up his boat. We decided we have about 20 minutes so I called to make sure it would be done in time . They said 15 minutes. I walked over in 15 minutes and they had nothing being made or any customers they were serving. When I told the lady my name she yelled back and said she took the order but doesn’t know where it is. At that point I realized it wasn’t made. I kindly said I could not wait for them to start making it and I asked for my money back. She got an attitude and said “orders get lost”. After trying to just get my ten dollar bill back and leave she tried to give me less money back and keep a tip for doing no work at all. Love Jets !!! Order from the flat rock location at least once a week and over the last few months service has been horrible. I completely understand there’s a pandemic and it’s hard to keep employees. But, if you’re overwhelmed on a Thursday night, simply STOP taking orders until your caught up. I’ve worked in this industry and I know how things run. We were told there was a 45 minute wait, after an hour and 10 minutes I called and was told it’s now an hour and 45 min wait, but she is already on her way. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and calling again to complain the manager told us not to call the store ever again. We love jet’s, and I’ve always supported the flat rock location. jet pizza, its name alone is more than enough to bring fear into the hearts of mortal men. jet pizza is the best greasy pizza and is GUARANTEED to give heart attack BUT some argue maybe it isnt the worst thing in the world. I MUST AGREE. i DO NOT TO CARE if the DEEP DISH covers your hands in about 20 gallons of oil as soon as it is picked up, WE HAVE NAPKINS FOR THAT! this pizza kicks BUTT and it is the BEST TYPE OF OLD FASHIONED DEEP DEEP DISH PIZZA. it is great and the food is great (all of it). they have good bread sticks i could eat them for an extended period of time and NOT Get tired of the Bread. once i bathed in cheese. i love jets pizza an astounding amount this is the best pizza around much better than OTHER...
