I want to start by saying I go to this McDonald’s every day and all have been pleasant experiences with nice employees. They do mess up an order here and there but always make it right. Today I went in as always and used my app to get a coffee for 99 cents. The app says any size coffee hot/iced. After she put it in I said I want it large with 11 creams. She said a regular coffee with 11 cream? I told her yes and when I got my order it was an iced coffee. No big deal right? I told them and expected them to make it right. Instead she got a huge attitude and yelled loud enough for everyone in the store to hear “make him another one but I clearly specified a regular coffee” I kinda got aggravated at this point and said a regular coffee to me is a hot coffee and I get the same thing everyday and no one has ever messed it up. She said you should have said hot. I told her you should have specified iced. All this drama over nothing. I would have apologized for the misunderstanding had she acted like any other fast food employee and just made me another. My grandma (who I just took to the Dr and received bad news) was making a Snapchat video so I have it all on video that I’m sending to corporate. The other employee actually mouthed “I’m sorry” so I’m wondering if she is some kind of manager or something. I worked fast food in high school and this would have gotten anyone fired. She should at least be in the back cooking food. I don’t want anyone to lose their job but this is what I would expect from someone working a dive bar at 2am dealing with drunks to behave like. When I told my coworkers two of them knew exactly who I was talking about and have had bad interactions with her as well. Before I finished my story one guy said I bet she is tall with long hair and glasses? I showed him the video and he confirmed this is exactly who he thought it was an actually had made a complaint on her as well and told me her name. They have cameras all over the restaurant they need to watch and listen to her interactions with customers and coworkers because I’m definitely not alone. If she is a manager then the owner should definitely step in. I can guarantee at least 20$ a day less and there will be many more like me if...
Read moreWe ordered using the kiosk. A forty piece nugget, two drinks and a fry. Our food was brought out, no straws, no napkins, one ketchup. Went up to get straws and ketchup, met with attitude and napkins thrown on the counter. Family member was given tea that had too much sugar in the bottom and asked for a less sweet one, then was given a lemonade instead? The service was awful. The workers were talking loudly about drama and very unprofessional. Even the manager. There were people standing in line while they were talking for almost 10 minutes The place was dirty too. Dead and alive flies all over the place. Could barely eat without them landing on food. All of the seats and tables were sticky. Bugs squished all over the windows. I had eaten here for breakfast a couple months ago and it wasn’t so bad. But we will never be going back. It’s not the customers fault YOU forgot napkins, straws, sauce. We were patient and understanding because it’s lunch time. But there was no reason for them to have so much attitude. They obviously don’t care...
Read moreThis place has cheated me FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES out of the extra meat patty on the triple cheeseburgers and double quarter pounders! Double check your orders. Drive thru lady is very rude and talks so fast that you can't understand her and then gets mad at you for asking her to repeat what she said. I know they need to hurry and get you thru there as fast as possible and I appreciate that, but she tries to hurry so much that you cant even specify exactly what you want in your order. I ordered a coffee the other day and it was another female drive thru employee. She went so fast as well that I didn't have the time to tell her I wanted cream and sugar. She didn't even ask. When I get up to the window to pay I told her I what I wanted and she became very rude and started ranting at me and walked off and said "oh Lord" like I had done something wrong. That was the last straw so I won't...
