So imagine this: you’re at work, hungry, but can’t leave so at about ten to ten PM you place an order on line with Dominos. And what the heck, you throw a 20 percent tip on there too, total of about 28 bucks. You’re looking at the tracker, and by ten PM it says that a “quality captain” is checking the quality. Cool, you think, my food should be here soonish. 10:30 comes around, then 10:45, then 11… still no food. The tracker hasn’t changed. 11:15 you call them, the phone rings for 3 minutes, but no answer. You try again at 11:30, let it ring for a full five minutes. No answer. 11:30. Still NO ANSWER. The tracker still hasn’t moved. You try twice more, same results. Finally, at five after midnight, you call again and the automated voice tells you the delivery is on the way. So you wait. And wait. At 12:20 you call again. The automated voice says they sure hope you’re enjoying your food. You call again, someone picks up and hangs up. And oh, this story isn’t even over. It’s 12:25 now, and your food still hasn’t arrived. You’re very hungry, and very annoyed, and so you leave this review and vow to never order from this joint again. Maybe eventually your food will show up, nice and cold, but man, who even knows at this point. EDIT: 1:30 in the morning. Never able to reach anyone on the phone, despite over ten attempts. Read moreI ordered delivery (1 medium pizza, 1 order of cinnamon sticks). I ordered around 4pm, and asked to set up delivery around 5:45pm. Around 6:05, I called to get an update on where it was, and the gentleman on the phone said that he had left a couple minutes ago and should be there very soon (only a 10 minute drive). The pizza did not arrive until 6:30pm. I tried calling the store to see if there was any discount or if they could waive the delivery fee at 6:20, but was put on a hold before I could get a word in and the staff never picked back up. When the driver finally arrived at 6:30, I asked him the same questions, and he was very quick to give me an attitude. I kept it nice, professional, and trying to be understanding (but with the attitude he gave me and starting to walk away, it was hard to not get frustrated). He said "if I was that late, then you should have called and cancelled." To which I replied "I tried." He said fine then and when he started walking away I said "since you're here I'll just take the pizza and he said "then don't tip me." I am a nice guy and still gave him a little tip because he did drive out to me, but by far the worst pizza delivery experience I ever have had. Read moreA few weeks ago my gf and I ordered a medium hand-tossed with pepperoni and ham, along with another pizza and bread sticks to be delivered. Delivery took longer than it should have considering I live super close. I was willing to overlook that bc I was so hungry... until I opened my hand-tossed pizza and it wasn’t even fully cooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way and the dough was half raw. I called to complain and was told a credit would be added to my account but wasn’t told how much the credit was for. I called this evening to order a pizza and mentioned that there was a credit on my account, I was told by the girl on the phone that there was no credit on my acct. I told her the story from my last order and she told me “well if you don’t know how much the credit was for I can’t give it to you bc it’s not showing a credit on your account”. Really irritating. Instead of asking a manager or anyone else she just denies to give me the credit I was previously told I was owed. Needless to say I’m not going to order pizzas from this location anymore.
