The first time I came in with my friend Tiffany, the customer service wasn’t very welcoming. We expressed we were new here and asking about some products we haven’t seen at our regular dispos and he wasn't really helpful. The deals weren’t bad, didn’t tell us about the additional % off for early birds. We decided to come back a second time and the customer service was way better! The lady was extremely helpful and explained how they worked in terms of discounts/deals. We’ve been back a couple other times since then.

The very last time Tiffany and I went on Sunday, the service was horrible. He wasn’t welcoming by any means. He made our interaction very awkward. When I asked about military discount he told us something completely different than what I called and asked over the phone. Right before we checked out i asked him about writing the review which I had done on both Weedmaps and Google. It was originally a four star review. When I showed him he said it had to be a five star review, yet on the website it doesn’t say it had to be five star, it said “write a review…” he told me I could go in and “edit” so I did. ONCE WE GOT PAST THAT PART. He didn’t even ask if we wanted the free pre-roll or 200mg AND $5off your next purchase of $20 or more. Normally, I’d say something, but we wanted to leave. 👏🏼 I hope anyone else who goes has a much better experience than we did.

They literally sold my mobile order right from underneath me. Instead of telling the customer oh we just sold that they gave it to that person instead.what they should have done was say, ‘I’m sorry but we only have a 1/2 of that left would you like that?’ Since I had ordered a half and again my order, according to them, came in the exact time as the person who walked in. Trashy business. And the shit they gave me I know isn’t going to be remotely close to what I ordered. Not even the same grower. Will never ever be back here.

And I was correct the weed is absolute trash. Extremely leafy and has no taste. It wasn’t even worth the 35$ they...

I thought this place was nice but until today I will never go back in there this place is for people who carry dollar bills or rich people all money should be spendable but when I was down to my last bit of money and wanted to smoke one I had quarters and they turned me away saying they don't take coins I don't appreciate that at all treat me like I couldn't afford what I wanted this place has horrible customer service I would love it if you contact me on this if you feel necessary but I will deter anyone from your business just for that little reason that was in necessary for you guys to turn me away just because I had quarters....
