Citi Trends — Local services in Flint

I was in this lovely store yesterday about 5:00pm. They keep there store stocked alot better then citi trends in Saginaw mi. There was a young man there that was stealing shoes. The manager kept her composer. But the other employee by the name kanasha did not. The customer called the lady a nasty witch. Which was true she did looked like she needed to clean her self up just my opinion. The employee did not need to react in a nasty way, there are kids in the store. Every reaction does not deserve a action. Police was called but the issue got wost. All over a pair of shoes. The manager apologize to all the customers that was in the store she did...

I'm a loyal customer Sense they opened at this location. The frist set of employees except the manger he was very polite. But the ladies that work the check outs where very RUDE an not juss once every time me ,an my husband went there an we spent no less than 200 everytime they're is anew manager an she is a sweetheart every time I go there an that's alot she's always running around cleaning rearranging etc with a smile on her face greets everyone an needless to say the rude lady is no longer an employee 😊 thank you Citi trends very happy...

My main complaint: the music was too loud. The sale staff were friendly. Some of the clothes seemed a little dated-- like seriously 90's style fashion. I went because I was told they had quality luggage for cheap. They had some sturdy pieces, but I wanted a hard body, which they didn't have. I did end up buying a couple dresses, shirts and a pair of cute, high-waisted jeans (all plus sized). The dressing rooms needed a good wipe down...
