Every time I order from here they forget to give me food I was charged for such as tacos or salsas that are included in combo meals. Customer service is extremely poor, always very rude and seemingly rushed while customers are ordering food at the drive thru. I’m told certain menu items aren’t available however when door dashing from the same location somehow they are able to provide such items. I. E menu items with special requests like a Mexican pizza with no beans, side items like salsa, guacamole and sour cream. I always leave frustrated and having lost money on items not given after I’ve paid. On the multiple occasions I’ve gone back for said items I’m told there’s rlly nothing they can do and I’ll just have to reorder and pay again for said items. Ive contemplated writing this for a long time as I myself have worked in the service industry and know how awful the general public can be at times and the last thing I wanted was to make a fuss over something small. That being said what I’ve witnessed at this location, and the amount of money I’ve lost to this location needs spoken about and if the management of this location won’t fix these issues I can at the very least warn people to take their money elsewhere. Read moreSo through Covid there is one thing that I have found inexcusable and that is having an attitude especially those in our stores or fast food chains. So let me tell yall. Me and my grandma went to TacoBell and she ordered a nacho bell Grande. When I say my grandmas ate these things since I was little so WE know what they look like.
The one in the bottom of the picture was the first one she ordered. When she went back to the restaurant to ask them to make another one the manager didnt want to hear anything she had to say and even went as far as to pull out the scooper they use for meat to show why she didnt get that much meat.
Honestly as a manager it's not your job to prove points or make people feel bad about the quality of their purchase it's to accept that there was a mistake made regardless and FIX it. She said that she was right there when the first one was made and that's how they always look and she okayed it.
Now look at the food in the top of the picture. That is the look that people expect when they get their food. And it's also the one the manager made. Read moreMy experience was fabulous 4/7/24 in the evening and I really,really, really wanted some Tacobell. It was my first time having Tacobell this year and my first time having Tacobell after a long term illness/ hospital stay of mine and I wanted my food to be soooo good and it surpassed my expectations. EVERYTHING!!! was so fresh, the gurl at the window was super sweet, and she knew my baby from school,so it was a super special moment. My baby been dealing with some mental health issues and they shared a moment, which was needed,and super dope, and appreciated....BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!! I just started hemo dialysis, so everything don't taste the same, or different and I LOOOOOOVE Tacobell Cherry Pepsi (NEVER EVER TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!!!!) and my drink wasn't giving cherry and it could've been me, but boo at the window had them check or change the syrup and gave me a new cup of pop and it was sooooo cold and sooooo good. When I say this meal made me soooo happy food is life changing, especially when a person who hasn't really ate in mouths, then sends almost $40 at tacobell on themselves lol...... food was great customer service was great ...
