Valley Wings-Flint/Burton — Restaurant in Burton

I’ve had my eye on this business ever since they opened up in my neighborhood. I realized how quickly they were growing in popularity. I was wary because I’ve had bad wings before so it makes you question wanting to try a new place. Tonight was the night, so I called & ordered. When I went to pick it up I loved seeing all of the signatures on the walls inside from Flint Fire Department and other local businesses/people. The man that helped me is the best! He has a great personality and told me he can’t believe I just now decided to try. He said he’s going to MAKE me come back. And he wasn’t lying. I got 10pc wings 1/2 korean bbq and 1/2 dry rub garlic parmesan. The korean bbq sauce was so good, it had real korean spice as I am familiar with eating korean fried chicken. I was pleasantly surprised by that. The garlic parm wings also took me by surprise because any type of garlic parm sauce I think tastes disgusting but this is 1 out of 2 places where I’ve gotten garlic parm dry rub and it’s so much better. You can taste the buttery garlic goodness with each bite. Now for the total home run of the entire order - the buffalo chicken fries. They were to die for! I’m not a fry person whatsoever. I am very picky on my fries and it takes a lot to impress me…. Now with that being said I have never tasted anything better when it comes to fries. These were hot and crispy and WELL PROPORTIONED. It had equal chicken/ranch/buffalo, and it made each bite as perfect as the next. The buffalo sauce tastes homemade, I’m also very picky on buffalo sauce because let’s face it, most places do it wrong. I’d honestly come back for just the fries but I’d mostly recommend everything I got! The korean bbq wings are surprisingly heat packed too but sweet. I will tell anyone I can about this place & he’s right he’s gonna make me go back! Lol. I forgot his name I was going to mention it! But I hope the owners know that between this man’s personality and cooking skills he’s a real asset! I can’t wait to try more flavors! Such a great...

The food is very good but sometimes the service is a little slow. I am leaving a low score for service due to calling in an order and the gentleman on the phone put me on hold to answer another call as i was getting ready to order l like I was a lesser important call. I felt this highly disrespectful. I then got my food only to find that my fiances food had an eyelash in it. I am then told by the cashier that it could have been from them or my fiance. I was then told the manager would call me before closing and I never heard back from them long after closing. I'm beyond disappointed in the service of this establishment. I feel there was a lack of respect for the customer and a lack of follow through on resolving a situation that could have been easy to handle. But to be disrespected three times in such a period of time is one time too many in my eyes. I am highly disappointed and will not return to this...

I visited Valley Wiings on November 7, 2023 and I must say it was a great experience for me. Customer service was like no other. (Top Notch) and the wings were cooked to perfection. I got my order to go and when I got back to work a coworker stopped me and asked what did I have for lunch. Instead of telling him I told him to try a wing. After his initial bite he asked me where did I get the wings. I told him “VALLEY WINGS” @ 3441 Fenton Rd, across from Baker College. He went straight there and I texted him 10-15 minutes later and asked him how was it. He stated that he was on his third wing in the parking lot and that the wings were Cooked to Perfection. I asked him well he be back and he sent me a picture of his wings today Friday November 10, 2023....
