Rally's — Restaurant in Flint

Food was great. Service not so much. I ordered through the app for the first time and when I got there told me to pull around to the other window. No big deal. Pulled around they asked if I had a GrubbHub order I said no I ordered through the app. Waited there for a minute or two and they told me to pull into the parking lot. Waited there for a while. Then they waved at me to come to the window. Normally the workers from other fast food places just bring it out to the car. I thought that was strange. Not to mention I didn't know if they were waving at me. There were three cars waiting for orders. I walked up to the drive thru window and they tell me that the person that ordered is gonna have to get their drink refunded cause they didn't have any drinks in the building. I told them that I placed the order and asked if I could substitute the drink for anything like a fry or something. They told me flat out no. So I asked how do I get the refund. They replied that I would have to tell the person who ordered that they don't have the drink and get the refund through the place ordered from. I told them again that I placed the order through the app and ask how to do it through that. They said they didn't know try the website... by then I was past my patients. I took my food and left. So 1- they can see who ordered the food either through their app or from a third party company. 2- they can't refund or edit orders through pickup or their delivery on their app.

It's safe to say that I won't order through that app for a while or buy from that store...

I got to Rally’s with 2 cars ahead! The cashier asked for my order I placed it.. I sat I Rally’s Drive-Thru line for 30 mins due to the car in front of me refunding food or whatever. Instead of the workers telling the customers to pull forward they made the customers wait while they had our food waiting! The Car finally pulled off and I made it to the window and was never greeted or spoken too! She immediately left the window to continue taking care of the car in front of me! I sat there for another 7 mins until one of the cooks finally decide to come and confirm my order. She finally returns and he tells her she owes me change and she hands me my food! I asked her how long had the food been sitting there she proceeds to say the cook had just made it, when I seen when the cook brought it to her while I was waiting in line! She proceeds to tell me that I wasn’t waiting that long! I take the food! FRIES ARE FREEZING COLD AND BURNED AND HARD AND MY BURGER IS DROWNED WITH MAYO THE BUN OR TOMATO WOULDNT EVEN STAY ON! SMH I WOULD NOT CALL...

The service was good at this loacation. I don't know if my quirk is with the location or Rallys as a whole. Advertising says a lot. I pulled up with someone else who wanted to order. I had no intention of ordering anything for myself. I noticed on the menu they were selling fried 🍄s......... yummy. 😋 I was excited and my mouth watered. The person I was with enjoyed what they received. I took my shrooms out pf the bag and I felt deceived or thought maybe I was given the wrong item. Upon asking, the staff reported I indeed had a correct order of fried mushrooms. I felt like a kid who had just dropped their ice cream cone on the ground. 😪😔 😢 😭 The Advertising was so deceptive. Again, the service was good, staff were honest, polite and helpful as I inquired about what I was holding. I should have stayed with my 1st intentions.
