This is a place that should be added on the list of places to visit in Genesee County, Michigan. The Executive Director provided an enthusiastic, informative, private and detailed tour of the home. The home can be toured privately by appointment or it is open to the public on the first and third Saturday every month from 11 am - 2 pm. The Whaley Historic House Museum can be rented for events and meetings and or you can attend various, entertaining programs such as Victorian Teas and Game nights. I visited the Whaley Museum at Christmas time and some of the florists and designers beautifully staged the museum for the holiday season. You can tour the museum as a guest, become a donor and member or even a volunteer.
