Arby's — Restaurant in Florence

The ONLY THING that was okay about this place was the new Hawaiian bacon cheddar sandwich. AND I EMPHASIZE OKAY. Not much cheese, 2 tiny pieces of bacon, red sauce (that DOESN'T mix well with regular Arby's sauce) and if the bun was Hawaiian, I couldn't tell. The only good thing was no sesame seeds on the bun.The staff did THEIR best to ignore you once they got your order. Standing around chitchating. Not a hello or welcome and no way are they answering a question because though you can hear them, they'll act like you don't exist until they toss your food across the counter. Food is always good from this location, and I work less than a 1/4 mile away so I go often, but Iv had an issue for the last 3-4 visits where I don’t receive what I paid for, wether it be a medium sized combo and I get to work to find out that the sandwich is the small one, Iv paid for a 6 piece mozzarella stick 2x and once it was missing from the meal, then today, almost 7-8 weeks later I get a 4 piece mozzarella stick besides what I ordered and paid for… like I said, the food is good, the service could be better, but please check your orders at the drive threw because this is the 4th time Iv had a mistake with my order, in a...

I stopped by after a Dr appointment and ordered my lunch. I got several sandwiches for myself and my kids and took them home. While it was not my usual order from there, my roast beef sandwich was dry and had a burnt taste, even after putting several packs of sauce in it. I gave up and poured some A1 sauce into a bowl to dip the meat in. ( it helped make it moist and cover the burnt taste)
