Well I went yesterday to get breakfast. Well the service was jus horrible, it took 5 mins for the lady take me order. There was 3-4 cars after me we get to the window and they didn't have my order correct. Looked into the drive thru window and the GM I'm assuming due to the shirt had no hat, no gloves, not even a headset to help the lady in drive thru, she fixed our order and we'll took 5 mins get card back. She handed us the food and said you may want to check it.. well I thought it was correct as there was 3 sandwich in the bag.. the sandwich was susage biscuits and I ordered 2-3$ sausage corrisonts. Hash browns were cold. So needless to say I called back they gave me a credit. So I decided to go back this morning. Well we pull up took 5 mins for the car in front get there order taken. Same people from day before was there. Told them I had credit. Pull around didn't get my order to be make. Witch didn't make no sense considering I work in restaurant and get to the window the gm says it take 5-7 minutes and to pull forward. I denied to pull. My order shouldn't take 5-7 minutes and I'm watching the gm bag my food with no GLOVES. HOW are you going to be touch my food with no GLOVES or even a napkin around it with the cornia virus going on.. needless to say that I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND FOR THE GM TO NOT WEAR GLOVES AND TOUCHING NY FOOD AFTER HANDLING OTHER STUFF IN TODAYS CORNIA VIRUS IS JUST NOT OKAY TOO ME . I'll be contacting there corporate office and let them know about my last 2 visit there .. I really don't want to be put...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe employees preparing the food were busting it and the food was good. BUT we stood to order for several minutes as the manager Amanda and another young woman looked at us but never acknowledged us. Finally the young woman said well I guess Iāll take your order, then proceeded to walk out the door. The manager said to her she didnāt just walk out if people were in line but she held up her phone and said itās 3:00 Iām out. The manager continued to serve the drive thru then gave us our food. The fountain machine was not working so I asked if she could please and I did say please, fill our cups with coke because the machine wasnāt working. She ROLLED HER EYES and said well coke is out what do you want. I asked her why she was acting that way and she said I asked you what you want and you havenāt answered. I told her there was no need to be disrespectful because I had been very patient and wasnāt aware they were out of coke and she said again well now you know what do you want, we chose sprite. As she handed us the sprite I asked her for the manager. She said she was the manager so I asked her name and she said it was Amanda. What a terrible attitude she had. Several people walked out while we were waiting and another person said he was only picking food up as a door dasher and he hates that particular Burger King. We will never go back,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen reviewing this location for the last three months, at the drive thru, and I can't say anything negative. For this period, the food has been cooked correctly, and everything is fresh (very fresh looking and tasting produce). Fries and rings are delicious, cooked in clean oil, and fill the entire container. The bags and wrappers are not greasy, and they include enough napkins, and sauces. The staff has been exceptionally competent (Northern Kentucky, and Cincinnati included), polite, pleasant, and ordering is very stress free. I've interacted with the main manager a couple of months back, and learned that she has been working very hard to keep a competent and well trained staff, with the main priority and focus on customer satisfaction (just as it should be). A vast majority of fast food throughout the tri-state really needs her on their staff, whether they actually get it or not (she should be training managers, too.) I'll be continuing to eat here often. The food is really good, and I find myself actually craving it, but specifically from Florence 42. Great job, and PLEASE...
