I order from here often as I am disabled and highly Oxygen dependent and this is 1 of 3 places that can be deliverd in my remote area. My most recent order, I was shorted a small fry that was apart if a combo. After several attempts, I finally got an answer via phone. Shannon was extremely polite and apologetic but only stated that I could pick up the missing item on my next visit. I drop an extra $20 to have my order delivered because, as I stated before, I have mobility issues and am Oxygen dependent. Now I must supplement a side for my 11 year old daughter who is also disabled, with a neurological disorder and is unable to understand why she didn't get her fries. I drive through the area regularly and have tried several times to grab a bite here. Won't do it again. Fries are cooked in old grease-you have to change the grease once in a while. My chocolate shake had zero chocolate flavor-had the color, no flavor. Lemonade tastes like watered down lemonade that had been watered down already. The worst experience is when I ordered a couple cheeseburgers and the bottom bun on the 2nd one was saturated in water (I hope). I called at 6:30 a.m. asking if they served any lunch items, the lady on the phone who turns out to be the manager very rude answers only a few items are available and you'll have to wait. I answered, " that's fine with me no worries" anyways after going thru drive thru getting my meal and going home to eat it I discover that they did a very poor job putting this together the Mayo and ketchup are falling out the sides the veggies are soggy so I tell myself just eat it who cares there lol life junkies working for minimum wage right!?
