Subway — Restaurant in Florence

Never Again!! Please Avoid this location. After last couple of bad expirences I decided to give this subway another shot. Why not right ? We all make mistakes and it been a while.OOH WAIT!!! I was so wrong they were very rude and unprofessional for no apperent reason at all from the moment I walked inside they don’t say a word not even a smile they just stare at you awakwardly. If you are having a bad day go home don’t give your customers a hard time. When I simply inquired about the buffalo sauce the lady that moved my sub just ignored me and there was a older guy there he just started nodding his head and got mad at me as if I asked the most idiotic question he has ever heard and he would have to pull a handbook out to explain me like seriously ? Ever heard of customer service you are the hospitality industry. Even after being done and ringing my order up he still wasn’t done he kept on mubbling and still trying to argue with me. A simple sorry sometimes takes you a long way and if you have nothing nice to say you should just keep your mouth shut. As for the sub I’m just hopping it’s not as bad as the service at this location. There are other subways in the area that are pretty close and have far better customer service and actually make you feel like they want your buisness. Subway is subway but the employees make it good or bad. In this case I normally dont have an issue but in this case we walked in around 9:30pm keep in mind they close at 10pm. There was another customer ahead of us. The employee kept looking at the clock and rushing us. The customer ahead of us was sitting finishing her food when we finished our order. The guy literally turned the lights off while we were walking out the door and the lady was still eating her food. Just stopped there ordered a meatball and Italian BMT. The meatballs are hard as rocks and the lunch meat was dry and tough like I had a beef jerky sub.
