East Coast Wings + Grill — Restaurant in Florence

These people are so nasty and rude and cheap. I got a salad from there and kept finding rotten pieces of lettuce at the bottom of my salad (almost like they tried to put all the bad pieces at the bottom.) So I put all the bad pieces to the side (it was a good bit) and called the waitress over to ask her if she thought it was safe to eat the rest of my salad because as most people know you have to be very careful with lettuce, romaine, etc. Well another employee came out and offered me fresher lettuce to go in my salad but instead I asked could they just make me a half salad to replace it because clearly they did not want to replace my salad nor feel any type of remorse for giving me old spoiled lettuce. So they took my old cobb salad back that still had chicken and toppings on it and brought me out a half salad with nothing but tomatoes and cucumbers 🤦‍♀️ And when I asked where was the chicken a very rude employee said “they’re not gonna do that.” So you took all of my Cobb salad I had left and brought me back a half house salad? You can’t be serious. And then had the audacity to be rude. To be honest my whole salad should have been replaced without me even asking but I wasn’t trying to be difficult I just didn’t want to get FOOD POISONING! But they clearly did not care....

Me, my fiancé and best friend decided to try this place because it’s so close to our house and is relatively new. We were not disappointed in the least. Pretty chill atmosphere that was super clean. Perfect for watching a game. Now let’s get to the food, first & foremost the little street corn cobs were AMAZING. I’m not even a heavy corn eater but we had to order two for the table. They were that good. The wings came out fresh and perfectly cooked. We had the Cajun garlic, hot honey, and Caribbean. All of them were great! I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the wing flavors and they have a lot to choose from. We also tried the bang bang shrimp tacos and the buffalo chicken wrap. They were okay but the wings and street corn were the stars of the show. Service was excellent to top it all off. All in all I’d give it a 4.8/5. We will be back!

Update: visited this place for take TWICE (once a month ago and the second time a couple weeks ago) and the service and food were both terrible. We haven’t visited since. I’m not sure what the major difference is between dining in and eating out but the quality of both the food and service dropped drastically. Will probably...
