I have been going to Cabo’s since it opened and much longer to its sister restaurant Stefanos. I was very disappointed in my sausage sub!!! I had asked for cheese melted on top and when it came out without it the girl said she would have them melt some on and it would be 2 min. 20 min later we inquired at the counter about my sandwich to which she said “you didn’t get it yet?” 5 min later she came out with my sandwich explaining it had just been pulled from oven and to be careful it was hot. Not!!! The cheese on top had already cooked . It was obvious they had melted it and then let it sit and then reheated again. The edges of the sandwich were a little hot but everything inside was lukewarm. I have not been at Cibo’s for about 2 years, it is not the same. On a side note - they didn’t even apologize for taking so long.
My recommendation is if you want a good hot sub take 10 min drive across town to Irby street and get one, same amt of money bigger sandwich and Stefanos original restaurant is top notch 5 stars

Read moreAbsolutely livid!! I go from Quimby to Cibo because I just KNEW I was going to be satisfied with my food. I was overly confident and came straight home. You charge me $18. For THIS!! Mind you this is my 15TH time having chicken parm. I KNOW what it should look like. The cheapest portion of the meal and you give me this much spaghetti???? I even thought well maybe it’s under the chicken. NOPE!!! The audacity of this place to charge me a premium!! A plate should have enough pasta to pair with BOTH PIECES OF CHICKEN. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD AS NOW EVEN CIBOS is providing a subpar plate!!!! And they say oh come back for more pasta!! I LIVE IN QUIMBY!! Get it right the first time!!! ABSOLUTELY...
Read moreThis is my go to place when I’m craving Alfredo. Though I’ve tried other dishes there, the Alfredo sauce is one of my favorites. And I usually leave with a sweet treat for later. Seems like I want or crave the food when they are closed often though. I’ve always dined in when I go there. I’ve never had a problem when I go, friendly staff and good food. Though they could probably use some ropes or directions as to where to go or stand etc for those that are waiting for food or need to order that’s not dining in or getting sweets or whatever. I was confused the first time we went. They’re sweet tea is always perfectly sweetened for me (which is sweet). After reading some other reviews I think I’ll have to try something...
