Had mine & my mother in laws order taken by Stacey & as a manager of a fast food restaurant, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have had since I moved here 4 years ago. While ordering she had rang up the regular 3 piece meal, when my mother in law asked for the big box & when I pointed out it was the wrong one, she stated well there's 2 so you need know which one you want next time... Pulled up to the window & she literally rolled her eyes & was very nasty to myself & my mother in law. When I told her that I felt that she was very rude, she said she didn't care, rolled her eyes & slapped the window shut. I will absolutely not be returning.

Read moreFirst of all if you can't go inside. Second, going through the drive-thru the speaker doesn't work so you have to go to the window which is understandable. I get that. And then you get to the window and you try to pick up your online order and you get pulled and then you check your order and it looks like crap and they've also forgotten a couple items so you go back around to the window and they try to tell you that it's in your bag and that they saw it. It is clearly not. You go through the entire bag in front of them they're like "oh, I'll get that for you". I was like okay thank you. They told us at the drive through $11 and some change but when we get to the window she says $16 and some change, then after fixing that error she says she can't give a receipt because the machine was "messed up," go to call and complain and have my order fixed since I can't get a refund because she didn't give a receipt and get no answer.
