Took my mom shopping for a mattress. We had looked at several different stores without any luck in what she needed, until we came upon sleep outfitters right here in Florence. We were greeted by Patrick, who welcomed us in like we were family! He was very knowledgeable and definitely tentative in what would work best and be the most comfortable for my elderly mothers. I could tell She realty loved the service and layout of the store and how clean and welcoming the beds were. Seemed like she just about tried out every mattress available 😊. She was definitely very comfortable looking. That’s all a credit to Patrick and his wonderful staff. The experience I had at mattress king in Florence, AL was terrible! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. First of all they had nothing in stock. Order and delivery would take a couple days. I agreed to this and purchased a mattress and was promised delivery on a Sunday (the day was a Thursday) then I received a phone call that is would be the next Thursday or Friday before delivery "because of a mix up in the system". I went into the store and demanded a refund and the salesman told me it would be the next week before they could refund me anything and send me a check. This is a shady business and I will never do business...

My wife and I walked into the store on Friday around lunch just looking. Mesha the sales rep was finishing up a call and told us she would be with us in just a moment. When she finished up her call she came over and started asking questions to find out what we needed and wanted and she also answered all our questions in an easy to understand way while still being very professional.
