So Iāve been to this pizza place probably about four times since Iāve been in South Carolina. The last two times have been horrible. The first time it was horrible. I said oh thatās one off but the second time it was horrible, which was yesterday September 28 at approximately 7:30-ish I ordered a pizza online drove up from Hartsville to pick it up. I got in the line outdoor waited for about 20 minutes. Finally decided to go ahead and park since my pizza was ready. I went in to get the pizza the lady was on the phone. Never even looked at any of the people that were in the lobby waiting for pizza or to make orders. You had about five different people in the background two young man, flipping joking around with the Pizza dough. I stood there for about 15 minutes as the line continue to get longer. I finally just had to yell to the young lady that was just standing in the back, putting tags on a whole bunch of pizza and taking more orders, but never giving people their pizza if she could please just give me my pizza. After that, she did walk over and she gave me my pizza⦠How come she couldnāt ask people or greet people at the beginning? Because itās great to continue to take and make pizza but if youāre not giving people their pizzas whatās the point? Before I left, another man was walking in, and he was very upset about the pizza that he had been given. Also, when you looked outside the outside line had longer again and still the same car that was there at the Window was still there. The woman on the phone was still on the phone when I left. When I drove back to Hartsville, my pizza had so much pepperoni on the top of it. It wasnāt cooked through honest to Got I swear they didnāt even put cheese on my pepperoni melts. Iām very upset sadly with it only Being in the middle of nowhere, I will not be returning to this location. I also took a video of what I was seeing in this Marco Pizza just completely ridiculous. The owner manager needs to get on top of things. Also note the young lady on the phone Iāve worked with her before and sheās very friendly. It look like she was overwhelmed and not receiving the help that she needed it and probably wasnāt speaking to anybody because she was embarrassed. It seem like seven people working in a building that had absolutely no management organization leadership on doing anything and it really needs to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlaced an order at 5:30. Got there 5:55. I was 9th in a car line. By 6:30, I left once we got up to 6th in line. So it would glhave been, GENEROUSLY SPEAKING, 7 when I would have gotten my food. A solid hour AFTER it was ready. Factor in the 20 minute drive to my house, would you want to eat an almost hour and half old "fresh" pizza??
As I was about to leave, they sent someone out who asked me what I'd like to order, to which I replied, "the pizza that was ready 30 minutes ago." My response was met with individual moving to the next vehicle without any acknowledgement, followed by me leaving.
I understand Saturday dinner rushes, but I can only guess that people are pulling up to the drive through window and placing an order and then waiting for their order and holding up the line. There really isn't another reason for waiting 10-15 minutes to move up one car length.
By the time I had left, there had to be 25 vehicles waiting in line. It was absurd.
Follow-up! Got a call at 7:55pm from the store asking if I was going to pick up my order. I told them the very short story of why I didn't pick up my pizza, pretty much because I couldn't, and the CSR replied "alright" and hung up.
I want to reiterate that I placed my order at 5:30pm, to be picked up between 6pm and 6:10pm. I'm not sure what the company policy of shelf life for hot food, anywhere I've worked times it at about 45 minutes if it's under heat. If it isn't under heat, it has about 5 mins. And one can only guess that since the window time range is 10 minutes that carryout orders sit on a shelf at room temperature. How many minutes are there between 6:00 - 7:55?? 115. Is any of this acceptable?? Seriously. You are legally allowed to have full capacity in the restaurant, you have capability of curbside pick up, it shouldn't take 25 cars in a line for a customer service representative to come out, especially if some vehicles have been waiting 35...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience ever, GM Kara was extremely unprofessional, rude, told me on the phone to either get in the 11 car line or cancel my order she didnāt care then hung up on me. Asked for the franchise owners name and contact information and was told no one knew it because they kept changing owners and that there was no corporate number then as I was making note of all that she told me if I didnāt leave she would call the police and started dialing. Call the police on a customer who you hung up on when I came to pick up my order at the time I was told. Waited 35 minutes for the order to be ready and then another 30 in drive through line while employees stood around putting boxes together and laughing. Pizza was cold on top of the most rude and disrespectful behavior for a manager. Used to love this place! I wonāt waste my time or hard earned money there again since they donāt care. If anyone knows the franchise owner Iād love to talk with them and encourage them to introduce themselves to...
