Panda Express — Restaurant in Florence

They are supposed to open at 1030am, but they are never ready. I have a class at 11am, and I have stood in line long enough that I've had to leave without eating, and I've placed an order right at 1030am and had to wait 30 minutes before I actually got my food--more than once!! The service is horrible; only once has someone apologized for the wait. If you are going to post your hours as opening at 1030am, then be ready for your customers! If I wasn't such a picky eater, I would find somewhere else to eat in the short break I have between classes, but I guess that's what they are counting on because this has been going on all semester. If I could give zero...

Stopped in Panda express last night. Ordered the firecracker shrimp and the black pepper chicken. Along with the mixed vegetables instead of rice. You can notice everything thing is low cal. About 550 for the entire meal. Except for the fact that the black pepper chicken was only 3 small pieces. And celery along with a few onions. Just because I got it to go does not mean I want to get screwed. This lowered my calorie intake by 200 so my dinner was 350. I like to eat light but this is uncalled for. I will be by today to get my black pepper chicken. And as I live 15 miles away will be the last time...

I’m a student at UNA, and I tried the one on campus. This has been my third or so time so far this semester. Each time I felt as if I was getting scammed with the portions. Today I got a plate and on my peppered steak entree literally only had 3 pieces lol, but good news this place is ran by good management. They helped me out, fixed the issue immediately and fixed my plate. You guys should probably just speak up, because the prices and portions don’t match, but obviously they help you...
