Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florham Park

Extremely quick service. The staff makes the coffee perfectly. If there is ever any issue with the coffee, they correct it right away. Always multiple staff members instead of just one unlike others I've seen. Plenty of parking because the service is quick. On exiting the parking lot, you can only make a right as no left turn is allowed so you will have to go and make a turn around up the street. Donuts are fresh and coffee is very very hot so make sure you are extremely careful if you will be drinking it while you drive. I once made the mistake of doing that and the burn mark wouldn't go away for a year. That is how hot the coffee can sometimes be. This is also good because I can drive for miles and miles, the coffee will still be hot. Food is great as well and made in less than 3 minutes on average. Signing up with the app for perks will save you a lot of money. They always have a tip jar, I throw in a few cents or a dollar for how fast the service is. There's 0 care for your order and 0 concern for the customer. I used to go here a lot! They must have changed managers or something because there used to be a friendly guy who said good morning and knew you by name. The order was never wrong and if there was an issue, they would address it and fix it for you. In the last 6 months, the orders are wrong when I pick them up, they dont have basic donuts and replace them with old fashions or French crullers that nobody wants or likes, and they burn the bagels and dont care. I ordered donuts and a bagel sandwich for my kids. Half the donuts weren't the ones we ordered (glazed and Boston cream) and replaced with old fashions, and the bagel was burnt so bad it tasted like crap. What kind of DD do not have Boston Cream? I asked the worker and he looked at the inventory but didn't answer my question. So I asked him if that was a "No" which he replied we do not. It wasn't only Boston Cream but several empty trays. Not sure what's going on at this location but half empty shelves of donuts isn't meeting customer's expectations. Parking here is bad enough so it makes the experience that much worse.

Keep your eye on your inventory as it's not a DD with little to no donuts in-store. Very disappointing...
