I ordered chicken wings, a salad, and soup. The wings were frozen in the middle. I showed the waitress, who was apologetic, and I asked to speak with the manager. The Manager was too busy to come talk to me, I waited about 10 minutes and then got up to talk to her.

She was fairly indifferent and said she took them off my bill and basically dismissed me. I was shocked how little she cared about serving raw meat. I said I’ve lost my appetite and will not be eating the rest of my meal. She snapped back, “So what, you want a free meal?” I told her I was not eating any of the meal. I tipped the waitress and left feeling completely disgusted by not only the food but the manager’s attitude.

Never coming back.

UPDATE 2/6/24

To be clear, the reason I wanted to speak to the manager was to let her know that being served raw, frozen chicken had been traumatic for me.

I'm glad I wasn't charged for it, but was some acknowledgement of the error or an apology so much to ask for? Not only did the manager never come to apologize after I waited for 10 minutes, when I walked over to HER, the first thing she said to me was, "I took it off already." When I tried to explain, she accused me of pushing for a free meal and showed absolutely no human interest in the mistake that took place. I had every intention of paying for the rest of my meal, but after the owner kept insisting all I cared about was a free meal, I tipped the waitress and left. I’ve worked in the service for years and I am never rude to waitstaff, even when I am served raw meat. I was very polite throughout the whole interaction and I calmly walked out with my 4 year old son.

As you can see from the reply to my comment - human decency continues to be lacking from this place. Looking for cooked food and nice people? Look elsewhere. Good luck to...

I feel giving this diner one star is too much. My boyfriend and I went around 9:00pm the other day & I feel like I never had a worse experience. Once We walked in I felt like we were inconvenient to one of the server staff members who stared at us for 45 seconds before rudely setting down his broom and dust pan to give us menus and seating and didn’t even ask us how big our party was nor even say good evening not a word from the guy. After we were seated we were confusingly looked at by two other staff members before they had got us a server. Our server was very rude and barely spoke to us yet again no greeting or hello just head nods I don’t know if he was new but he also didn’t know their soda options and just pointed to the machine and had my boyfriend “look”. After we ordered our drinks and got them we decided on what we wanted to order and closed our menus. We waited awhile and finally our very rude and quiet server came over and stood there looking at us with his notepad standing there like giving us the signal he’s ready to take our order without saying a word. After we placed our order we decided to leave. My boyfriend saw our server coming out of the kitchen and told him to cancel the order as I said to the host that I would pay for the drinks that we ordered while expressing my displeasing experience here he was nice enough to say that we did not have to pay for our drinks because of our very unsatisfactory service from multiple staff members. We will not return to give them any of our business or money but deicide...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My recent experience 11/16/19 for dinner was the worst ever. I live in the area and have given this diner many chances only to be disappointed. Tonight my waffle was over done almost burnt. It did not come the way I ordered it. I ordered one portion of fruit to be divided by strawberries and blueberries and was charged for 2 portions, and no syrup, whipped cream not on side. My mother ordered the moussaka dinner which came with soup, salad and dessert. The meal was served barely warm and dry, requesting extra bechamel sauce and received tomato sauce instead. The soup "Manhattan clam chowder " was served after the meal was on the table because she asked for it. It was hardly worth eating because it was broth with very few vegetables or clams and also not hot. All this terrible food came after we just sat there and waited over 20 min. No water was offered. We approached the owner not because of the bad food or service but because we were over charged for the fruit. He was indignant and stated he could do nothing about it. Our bill was $31 and we were requesting an adjustment on the fruit for $2.30. My mom said to him "you are going to lose a customer for $2.30?" he replied "food cost money" what a joke. With an attitude like that they probably be out of business very soon. He doesn't respect...

My best friend and her kids and I came in to have breakfast together, and we were greeted as we came through the back entrance. (More parking is available in the back.) We were seated at a table. Then, a waitress with lavender/blonde hair was our server. She came to the table, and it was as it she had an attitude the way she put the water down and threw the straws on the table. My best friend and I glimpsed at each other and guessed that maybe our service isn't wanted here? Fast forward, she ordered her kids food, it came. Then she shoved her son's burger to him instead of handing it to him, then put down her daughters pancake to give her. Another red flag! We ordered our food after the kids' food came, and the waiter seemed to be in a better mood? Maybe because she'd have to hand out the check soon? The food was great, lettuce was fresh, and tomatoes. However, I don't think this place would need my business. The weird looks the waitress gave us when we left, just because the kids wanted a lollipop? Maybe it was a bad day for the waitress, but I didn't like how she treated us, and from the first time, she dropped off the waters.

The service was extremely slow, waitier acted like he was being bother. On top of the terrible customer service comes terrible overpriced food. I had to send my first order back because it looked like thrown together slop. The salmon and and asparagus was so oily it ran into mashed potatoes. The salmon tasted old with zero flavor. So I sent it back and order the chicken cacciatore unfortunately that was a miss too since it looked like chicken and rice soup on a plate.
