Taichi Bubble Tea - Poke Bowl & Ramen — Restaurant in Florham Park

This is my 2nd visit and they never disappoint. I love their infruit teas! Passionfruit flavor is my favorite and inside it is legit fruits! Your money won’t go wrong with their teas! I’m so happy to avail their promotion of buy 1 take 1 for the teas too. Taichi milk tea and taro milk tea were great! I got to try some different teas and they all taste good. I like their pokeball too. I ordered the chicken pokeball and it was delicious! The vegetables are all fresh and the chicken was soft. I will come again for more teas and try their ramen next.

I bought mochi donuts, bubble teas and ramen today and I was so surprised when they gave me my order. I got an awesome mochi snowman!!!! I mentioned to them before that I used to get mochi donuts all the way down from Mitsuwa when I started coming for teas so I was so happy and delighted that we have one now in town and they remembered what I said! That is so amazing! Every mochi is so delicious, kawaii and my favorite is the chocolate one! Yum! Ramen is also good and the teas never miss to make me feel good and its umai! Thank you for these wonderful mochi donuts Taichi Bubble Tea! You are the best! Loving all the food and people here!

I had poke and a mochi donut here for lunch recently. They provide a form for your poke order which is unusual, but probably speeds up queues when they form in busy hours. I'd never seen wasabi peas at a poke place before, so of course I put a few on top of my bowl. (They're delicious, how can one say no?) I have definitely seen more generous portions with the protein, but overall, I felt it was decent value for the price since there were very few limits on toppings. Next time, I would probably get two servings of protein, maybe mix salmon and spicy salmon. Matcha mochi donut was pretty good too. Disappointed by today's service. The employee (a young Hispanic woman I hadn't seen before) was attentive enough to hand me my change and bubble tea directly, yet completely ignored my 'thank you'—twice—despite clear eye contact, clear tone of voice, clear understanding, and polite interaction. While not overtly rude, her cool dismissiveness leaves a lasting negative impression. As someone who's visited here before without issue, her lack of basic courtesy—particularly when met with deliberate politeness—makes me not want to return.
