Misleading Claims and NOT All-Natural Ice Cream

We recently stopped by this ice cream shop with high expectations after seeing their promise of using all-natural ingredients in their ice cream. The claim that everything was homemade and natural seemed like a great choice for a sweet treat.

However, after speaking with the ice cream host, we were disheartened to learn that their ice cream includes artificial food coloring and flavors. This revelation directly contradicts their claim of being all-natural and homemade.

We ended up leaving empty-handed and quite disappointed. If you're looking for truly all-natural ice cream, you won't find it here. We ended up going to Publix and picking up some Ben & Jerry’s instead, which was far more satisfying.

This shop needs to reconsider its misleading advertising and either update its claims or change its practices. We won't be returning...

I was super excited to come here and when you first walk in it’s actually nicely decorated and clean. The drinks do look like the pictures and they are beautiful. I would have given this place 5 stars but I brought it down to a 3 star because I didn’t like the taste of my drink so I went to the counter to exchange it for something else but the lady told me I would have to purchase a whole new drink. I was really put off by this because I hardly drank my drink and I spent $30 so I felt that good consumer service would have been to exchange. 1st impression of this place it that it is very clean,

A family of 3 adults and 1 toddler we are here under $40.

We tried samples of different fresh juices. The cucumber juice is definitely worth the try.

Presentation was beautiful and colorful.

I myself had my eye on a milkshake...I hadn't had one in years so I got the mixed fruit🤤 well worth it.

My nephew had a snow cone made with real juice

And my sister and mother shared another snack that's dressed up and served in a bag I tasted some of the ingredients and it was all tasty.

Needless to say this was a excellent experience and has become one of my favorite spots.
