A Faster PC — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

Went to A Faster PC earlier today and saw the owner Brian. I spoke with him earlier around 8:45am and told him what was wrong and he assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Dropped off my laptop and went on my way to purchase my new laptop. Got home and set it up and had some issues with this setup process and called him and he remoted into my system. Hr assisted me remotely and it was like he was right here assisting me and guiding me along the way. All I can say is WOW.....Amazing support, and truly amazing customer service. I would highly recommend that you come see him last as the saying goes, SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST.....He is truly amazing. Their staff is extremely very professional and know exactly what to do. I can’t say enough good things about these people. I first used them—I think it was around 15 years ago—and remember being very satisfied with them. Then a few months ago, I had an iPad that I thought I would have to trash because my power button had cracked in half and I couldn’t turn it on. Thought I’d take a chance and bring it it here. Sure enough! He showed me another way to power it on and it’s still working. Now today, I downloaded a tuneup program for my desktop computer. After it finished “tuning up” my computer, it instructed me to shut it off and restart it. When I restarted it, all I got was a black screen! I called the company and the tech couldn’t fix it either! Both my husband and I have been customers of A Faster PC for over 15 years. They ALWAYS do an excellent job at getting our computers working again. Recently my laptop totally locked up including the keyboard. Brian figured out it was a problem with WIndows updates and quickly got it working again. My husband just had Brian transfer the programs and files on his old desktop PC to his new laptop. The transfer was done quickly and my husband is very happy with the quick service he received and the help Brian provided to make an informed decision about purchasing the laptop.
